Description: SCP-4091 appears to be a humanoid entity, 2.5 meters in height (as the D-class personal told us) and it is wearing a weird type of suits which is his own body and his head is just a one large eye and thriteen tentacles.
SCP-4091 appears in people dreams (if they saw a picture of him) and he will tell them about multiple realities of the next day and the dreamer will see scp-4091 for three months after the three months the dreamer dies while he’s sleeping.
[test]:we made a test on scp-4091 we showed a d-class the original painting of scp-4091 and told him to say to scp-4091 more informations about some SCPs ,doctor ███ gave him a sleeping pill which he was forced to take then he slept after that he woke up after ten hours with some weird interesting informations that helped us we cannot say those important information.
