Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is located inside security locker 22 at Site 11. The object is to be kept inside a sheath and must be cleaned and sharpened before and after use. Access is only granted to Clearance Level 3 and above. Use of the object must be supervised by the respective research and security staff.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a sword, thought to be a Gladius used by Ancient Roman foot soldiers. It is 70 centimetres in length and 7 centimetres in width. The blade itself is double-edged and is 53 centimetres long. The grip of the sword is made of ivory and has ridges for fingers. Both the guard and pommel are rounded and made of wood.

Upon examination, the object is indistinguishable from any other Gladii that shares similar materials and measurements. The difference is the effect it has on those who wield the weapon. Wounding any other living being will replicate that exact wound on the subject who currently wields the weapon. This includes minor injuries, major injuries, amputations and decapitations.
