Special Containment Procedures: Outside of scheduled experiments, SCP-XXXX are to be stored in a standard storage locker in Containment Area-21. SCP-XXXX-1 currently resides in the site break room and any anomalous activity resulting from SCP-XXXX-1 is to be reported to site management. SCP-XXXX-2 is currently in the possession of Dr. ███ at Site 55 and is to stay is his possession. SCP-XXXX-4 is to be stored in lead container at all times in Containment Area-21. SCP-XXXX-5 is currently in confinement at Site 55 and is only to be released for scheduled interviews.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a small wooden complaint box meant to be hung on a wall. There is a small lock on the front keeping the lid that leads inside the box closed. All attempts to break the lock and open the lid have been unsuccessful. SCP-XXXX effects only become known when a human inserts a piece of paper with a statement relating to a wish or complaint. The bow will then physically alter the individual to fulfill their complaint/wish.
Experiment Log: XXXX-1__
Test Subject: One D-Class Caucasian male, age 32, now classified as SCP-XXXX-1
Procedure: Subject is to insert a slip of paper requesting a water cooler.
Results: Immediately after inserting the sheet of paper, the subject doubled over in pain. Both their arms and legs receded into the torso, which took on a more cylindrical shape. The skin on their torso turned into a hard white, plastic-like substance and a small cavity opened up in what used to be their chest. Inside this cavity was a small water dispenser. The subject's head grew in size and their skin became transparent. All of the bones and tissue in the subject's head liquefied and turned into a substance now identified as water. After approximately 10 seconds, the subject had transformed into a simple water cooler.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX-1 exhibited no anomalous proprieties and functioned as a simple water cooler. It has been put to use in the site break room.
Experiment Log: XXXX-2__
Test Subject: One D-Class Asian Male, age 36. Now classified as SCP-XXXX-2.
Procedure: The subject is to insert a slip of paper complaining about facility hygiene.
Results: Subject began to experience rapid and painful hair growth. Strands of hair turned white and thickened. The subjects arms receded into the body and the legs fused together. Eventual, the subjects body hardened into a strange plastic-like substance and restricted movement. The subjects torso and head then began to thin out until it resembled a long white rod. After approximately 6 seconds, the subject resembled a simple mop. Dr. ███ then entered the room and picked up the mop before beginning to clean the containment cell with it. Dr. ███ did not respond to Foundation personnel and treated them as if they weren't even there. Dr. ███ was transported to Site 55 to be detained and studied.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX-2 exhibited no anomalous proprieties exept for the fact that foundation personnel have been unable to remove it from the grasp of Dr. ███. After multiple attempted interviews, it appears that Dr. ███ is no longer functioning at full mental capacity and their only purpose is to clean the floor with the mop. A request has been made to employ Dr. ███ has a member of the janitorial staff.
Experiment Log: XXXX-3__
Test Subject: One D-Class Hispanic Female, age 45. Now classified as SCP-XXXX-3. One D-Class Cacausion Male, age 29
Procedure: The female subject is to insert a slip of paper complaining about how the male subject actions. The accusations that the male subject are of are fabricated.
Results: Immediately after inserting the sheet of paper, SCP-XXXX-1 let out a scream. SCP-XXXX-1 experienced extreme random muscle warping and distorting. The subjects face grew in length and and all of her teeth sharpened to a point as well as her nails. SCP-XXXX-1 let out an animal-like roar before attacking and killing the male subject. After the male subject was torn to shreds, SCP-XXXX-1 crawled over the the northeast corner of the containment cell. SCP-XXXX-1 had no reaction to the entering of foundation security. SCP-XXXX-1 stayed in its postion and ignored offerings of food and water. Eventually SCP-XXXX-1 perished due to starvation.

Experiment Log: XXXX-4__
Test Subject: One D-Class Caucasian Female, age 27. Now classified as SCP-XXXX-4.
Procedure: The female subject is to insert a slip of paper complaining about a lack of employee communication.
Results: Immediately after inserting the sheet of paper, SCP-XXXX-1 began to chatter continually as her body began to transform. She was vocalizing about the pain she was in and her hate of the foundation. SCP-XXXX-1 seemed unable to stop talking. SCP-XXXX-1's arms, legs and head receded into the body with the exeption of the subject's mouth, which continued to speak. The torso shrank in size and took on a more rectangular shape. After aproximatly 16 secounds, SCP-XXXX-1 had transformed into a rotary phone, with the exeption of the mouth, which resided on the external receiver part of the phone. Then the mouth ceased all speech
Analysis: After approximately 3 hours, the dial on SCP-XXXX-1 began to turn and dialed in a number. In the site break room, a wall phone appeared on the northern wall and began to ring. The phone was then answered by Dr. ███. The mouth of SCP-XXXX-1 once again began to speak and talk with Dr. ███. Dr. ███ began to talk continuously to SCP-XXXX-1 and said that he was unable to stop. Dr. ███ was unable to pull the phone away from his head, even with the help of foundation personnel. Several tumorous growths appeared around Dr. ███'s which later grew into new mouths of varying sizes, which also began to chatter continuously. After approximately 17 hours, Dr. ███'s body was completely taken over by the appearance of new mouths. Eventaully, his body was unable to handle the stress and Dr. ███ died approximately 25 hours after answering the call. Autospy reports show that new mouths had also appeared along Dr. ███'s insides and that metallic wires had grown out from the phone and attached themselves to the brain. SCP-XXXX-4 claimed the lives of four more foundation personnel and two D-Class personnel before it was discovered that SCP-XXXX-4's signal was incapable of passing through lead. A lead storage lockers has been constructed for SCP-XXXX-4 (See Special Containment Procedures). Testing with SCP-XXXX-4 has been denied due to its unpredictability.
Experiment Log: XXXX-5__
Test Subject: One D-Class Indian Male, age 34. Now classified as SCP-XXXX-5.
Procedure: The subject is to insert a slip of paper requesting information on the origins of SCP-XXXX.
Results: Immediately after the subject inserted the slip, SCP-XXXX spat it back out. When the subject picked up the note, they screamed out in pain and dropped the note. The subject's skin turned a light gray and all of the subject's facial features retracted into their head. The subject's suit transformed into a pair of khakis and a dress shirt with a tie. SCP-XXXX-5 then asked site personnel when it can get back to its job.
Analysis: Even without facial features, SCP-XXXX-5 can still hear, see, smell and talk. SCP-XXXX-5 does not require food, water, sleep or air. SCP-XXXX-5 was transported to Site 55 to be detained and interviewed. From observation and testing, SCP-XXXX-5 is the perfect work employee, being hard working and complaisant.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX was obtained by the foundation after a raid on a Marshall, Carter and Dark storage facility in ██████, San Francisco, along with eighteen other items.
Incident Report - XXXX-1: Before another test, the subject overheard Dr. ███ mention its affects to another foundation researcher. Dr. ███ was terminated after incident. Before entering the testing chamber, the subject modified the existing paper slip using a pen he had pick-pocketed from a guard. The slip originally requested for a pay raise, but the subject, now referred to as SCP-XXXX-6 rewrote it to request freedom from the foundation. When he entered the slip into SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-6 gained superhuman strength and invulnerability. SCP-XXXX-6 caused a Level 1 Containment breach and caused the escape of three other SCPs. Upon exiting the foundation, SCP-XXXX-6 ceased all movement, but rapid movement of the eyes suggested that SCP-XXXX-6 was still conscience. A man appearing similar to SCP-XXXX-5, now referred to as SCP-XXXX-7, appeared before SCP-XXXX-6. SCP-XXXX-7 was wearing a black suit and a tie. SCP-XXXX-7 shook its head before grabbing SCP-XXXX-6 by the arms. SCP-XXXX-6 transformed into an object similar in appearance to SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-6's arms, legs, and head receded into the torso which took on a more rectangular shape. Its jumpsuit fell away as its skin turned to wood and the word "Complaints" was engraved across the front in gold. SCP-XXXX-7 and SCP-XXXX-6 then both disappeared.
Notes: Post Incident Report - XXXX-1, all testing with SCP-XXXX has been terminated. This object was never meant to be in the possession of humans. We have diverged it from its true function. SCP-XXXX-7 will be back to take what is theirs. And I don't want to be their when it does.
