Description: SCP-9965 is a circle, that goes against the laws of physics. It can move, by stretching, and can produce sounds, including voices. SCP-9965 was planned to be contained in Site-19, but after figuring out the consequences2 Containment was scrapped. Any signs of trying to escape should be reported, but no signs have showed.
