**Special Containment Procedures: ** SPC-4383 must be under constant surveillance during the 14th of February. In addition, no person with a spouse or significant other must come in contact with SPC-4383 during the 14th of February. SPC-4383 must be kept in a 9 meter by 9 meters containment cell, this cell must contain: a king-sized bed with white sheets and blankets, a mirror, hairbrush, bookshelf containing at least 15 romance novels. SPC-4383's feathers must be disposed of after he is done shedding them. No feather must come in contact with anyone during the 14th of February. SPC-4383-1 is to be contained in a separate holding cell alongside SPC-4383-2, SPC-4383-3, and SPC-4383-4. SPC-4383 must no come in contact with SPC-4383-1 and SPC-4383-2, during the month of February. In any time of the year, expect the month of February, RPC-4395 can use SPC-4383-1 and SPC-4383-2 at least ten times a month.
If SPC-4383 where to breach containment, three protocols are put in place to stop him from escaping containment or using SPC-4383-1 and SPC-4383-2 in the month of February or the 14th of February. SPC-4383 was discovered in ███████ Indiana, on the 14th of February. SPC-4383 was thought to be an angel sent down from the heavens. The Authority sent MTF Epsilon-6, “Village Idiots”, to assess the situation. SPC-4383 was found in a giant temple, he was surrounded by maidens and servants. SPC-4383 was asked by the leader of MTF Epsilon-6 to please go with them, SPC-4383 responded by launching an instance of SPC-4383-4. This caused MTF Epsilon-6 's leader to flee form SPC-4383. SPC-4383 seems to be a very manipulative person, more than six containment breaches have to happen thanks to this manipulation. SPC-4383 likes to manipulate mostly young woman from the ages of twenty to thirty. When a female is in close proximity of SPC-4383 for long periods of time, SPC-4383 will seduce them. This will cause them to help SPC-4383 escape attempts. That is why no female must be on the staff working on SPC-4383.SPC-4383 has also shown the ability to regenerate wounds, immense levels of strength, a capability to make certain weak minded people re-think their belief system. Addendum 438-A Protocols
Protocol Anthophilia: Protocol Anthophilia is to be used only when SPC-4383 is trying to escape via blunt force or use of SPC-4383-1, SPC-4383-2, SPC-4383-3 and SPC-4383-4. If SPC-4383 where to try to escape, research staff must release the two colonies of bees hiding beneath two panels behind SPC-4383’s cell. When these bees are released SPC-4383 will instantly stop what he is doing and hide inside is wigs. This will give research time to extract SPC-4383-1, SPC-4383-2, SPC-4383-3, and SPC-4383-4. After SPC-4383-1, SPC-4383-2, SPC-4383-3 and SPC-4383-4 have contained the bees will return back to their hive. This happens by manipulation of the queen.
Protocol Delphinus: Protocol Delphinus is to be used only when SPC-4383 is enraged. When SPC-4383 is enraged a series of dolphin sounds should be played through the PA system. This will cause SPC-4383 to calm down and fall in a deep slumber.
Protocol Octopoda: Protocol Octopoda is to be used when Protocol Delphinus is unsuccessful this protocol must be used. Protocol Octopoda is a series of holograms in the shape of an octopus’s tentacle. This will cause SPC-4383 to hide in fear of the octopus’s tentacles or cause SPC-4383 to try and fight the octopi. Since these are holograms, he will not be able to touch them, instead of realizing this SPC-4383 will fall to the floor and look up. SPC-4383 will start to curse something or someone. The words cataloged have been: “Maledictus vir et mare Oceanum illa sui. Ut malediceret tibi: Neptuno, deo luminare minus”. When translated to English it reads: “I curse the sea and the ocean itself. I curse you Neptune, you lesser god.” The Authority has asked SPC-4383 who is Neptune, he has responded by laughing for a long period of time and then telling the researcher to: “Fuck off.”
Addendum 438-B Audio Log
Forward: This audio log is about an incident that happened to MTS Epsilon-6 ’s leader, Sargent Linton when the MTS was going to extract SPC-4383. SPC-4383 was found an inside a temple surrounded by maidens and servants.

SPC-4383: [SPC-4383 gave Sgt. Linton a slight glance and kept consuming grapes]
Sgt. Linton: Sir I am not going to ask again, step down from there and come with us.
SPC-4383: Speak to me like that again, plebeian, and you will feel the might of my arrow.
Sgt. Linton: Men, aim.
SPC-4383: You dare tell your men to aim their weapons at me. You will regret that you lesser man.
Sgt. Linton: Now I will say this once again, come with us peacefully or we will have to resort to more… painful options.
SPC-4383: [At this moment SPC-4383, seemed to grab SPC-4383-1 and SPC-4383-2 from a stand next to him and preceded to draw an instance of SPC-4383-4. SPC-4383 shot the instance of SPC-4383-4 at Sgt. Linton, hitting him and causing him to do run away in fear]
Sgt. Linton: [screaming and sobs are audible at this time, then the sound of running footsteps and then the sound of a single gunshot]

Note: Sgt. Linton was found dead, in the doorstep of the temple. The autopsy showed that a self-inflicted gunshot to the head was done. SPC-4383 was sedated by the rest of MTS Epsilon-6 and brought back to Authority control.

| Test Log 438-4 | This test was made without the knowledge of SPC-4383 or Dr. Montgomery. The test consists of Dr. Montgomery, a 23-year-old female, working with SPC-4383. The test was made to see how long SPC-4383's emotional manipulation powers take to effect a person. | Dr. Montgomery was tasked to observe SPC-4383, within the months of April and May. The first three weeks of April Dr. Montgomery was doing well, no strange behavior nor compulsive behavior either. During the last week of April and the first two of May Dr. Mongomery became more secluded, she still did her work, but she seemed spaced out. During the third week of May Dr. Montgomery was quoted asking about SPC-4383-1, SPC-4383-2, SPC-4383-3 and SPC-4383-4's containment units. On the final week of May, and of this test, Dr. Mongomery tried to free SPC-4383 by use of ███████████████ this failed, causing her to die instantly in the explosion. Between those weeks SPC-4383 was sighted flirting with Dr. Montgomery, this might have been why she used ███████████. |
