INTERNAL SECURITY EYES ONLY

THE FOLLOWING ENTRY WAS RECEIVED FROM THE SITE UA-80 AND REQUIRES KATHERINE LEVEL ACCESS OR HIGHER

Item #: SCP-XXX

Object Class: Euclid Neutralized Pending review

Special Containment Procedures: Additional contingent of 15 (fifteen) internal security specialists should be transferred to the Site UA-80 for further dissemination among the Foundation's facilities in Ukraine until either neutralization or capture of the SCP-XXX will be confirmed. All findings should be reported to the Branch Director Dr. Murzei and to the Internal Security HQ.

If discovered alive, SCP-XXX is to be approached with extreme caution. MTF Nash ("Natrix Ring") should accompany the acquisition team if direct confrontation is deemed to be imminent, equipped for Type Blue entities counteraction. Local external relations agents may be mobilised if situation allows for a covert approach.

Description: SCP-XXX is an anomalous humanoid entity, presumably affiliated with The Serpent's Hand. The entity visually and biologically1 appears to be a middle-age Caucasian human female, 173 centimeters tall, with dark brown hair and grey-green irides' pigmentation (photo attached to the personnel report). Passport information suggest that the entity was born on 24 August 1991, though the authenticity of that is uncertain.

SCP-XXX is currently considered to be single-handedly responsible for the Incident UA-07-81, which resulted in the loss of 14 anomalous items, as well as deaths of 6 research, 14 security and 4 members of technical staff. 22 more have been severely injured, receiving second- and third-degree burns. Detailed medical files available upon request.

As personnel files were among the documents destroyed with the Administrative archive of the Site UA-07 during the Incident, the reports below represent a reconstruction created through available secondary and indirect sources. Photos used were retrieved from Dr. Levchenko's apartment.

SCP-XXX as of 2013

Name: Yaroslava Mosiichuk

Date of Birth: 24.08.1991

Security Clearance Level: 2

Research Degree: N/A

Facility and Position: Site UA-07, Resident Psychologist

Duties: Psychological screening and relief of personnel and sapient anomalies.

Biography: Presumed to be born in Zymne village, Volyn Oblast, Ukraine. Primary and secondary education establishments unknown. Attended Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University from 2008 to 2011, receiving a Bachelor's degree in Forestry (with honours) upon completion. Circa 2011 Mosiichuk was recruited by the Manna Charitable Foundation and moved to the Karadag Nature Reserve, to support the organisation's efforts in combating deforestation.

In September 2012 Mosiichuk participated in the joint Foundation-Mann Project "Simargl"2, where it established a connection with Dr. Levchenko. The interactions between the two gradually increased3 until an application was submitted by Dr. Levchenko for marriage approval.

As, at that time, the Memorandum of Understanding on Human Resources cooperation was in force between the SCP Foundation and the Mann Charitable Foundation (internal № 298-04/787), the marriage was approved after a standard security check, on the condition of Mosiichuk's transfer to the SCP Foundation employment. The marriage was concluded on 04 July 2013; as the Branch did not possess any ecological projects at that moment, Mosiichuk was transferred to the Human Resources Divison of the Site UA-72, where it entered service as the Applied Psychology Unit's clerk.

In March 2014 it, together with Dr. Levchenko, relocated to the Site UA-07. By February 2014 it has finished additional training and started its service as a Juniour Psychologist of the Site, eventually replacing Dr. Skrypchenko as the Resident Psychologist, after his retirement in February 2016. It was cleared to work with SCP objects in the April of the same year. Review of the Ethics Committee's records indicates an amount of requests abnormal for an employee of such position and access privileges, surpassing the median by 2,3 times.

Mosiichuk continued to serve in that position until the Incident UA-07-81.

This file contains the amalgamated correspondence log of SCP-XXX, containing private and business communications deemed relevant to the Incident. Full documents are available upon request, subject to sufficient individual clearance for the anomalies mentioned therewithin.

Ah, for that body do not sigh!

Tis now infused and glows with fire divine,

As clear and bright and glittering as good wine

Whose life in sparkling bubbles mounts on high.

Naught but an airy pinch of dust

Remains to mingle with the earth below.

Beside these waters shall a willow grow,

My end give life to something more robust.

And to me here shall many seek,

Both rich and poor, the joyful and the sad.

Their grieves I’ll mourn, their joys shall make me glad –

To every one my soul shall gently speak.

And I shall find some word for all:

The quiet murmur of my rustling leaves;

The willow pipe that tender music breathes;

The melancholy dews that from my branches fall.

I’ll give them back in mystic speech

All those dear tender songs you used to sing,

The tunes you played for me in that lost spring –

O play again, beloved, I beseech!
