Containment: Scp-XXXX must be kept in a 57 by 57 meter concrete cell with furniture and at least 3 cameras. Art supplies must be restored semi weekly. A sketch book is to be given to Scp-XXXX monthly. No more than 2 personnel can be in Scp-XXXX's cell. The entity tends to get irritated when too many humans are around. When exiting the cell, all personnel must be decontaminated. If having any issues with SCP-XXXX, use the sleeping gas installed into the entities cell.

Scp-XXXX is a pale man standing at about 2 meters tall with no eyes. It was found in the Indiana State Insane Asylum after reports of missing doctors when treating Scp-XXXX. As of now the disappearance of the doctors has yet to be explained. Scp-XXXX enjoys painting and sketching. When given a new sketchbook, Scp-XXXX will put its palm on the sketch book as a black liquid covers the cover and harden.

Procedure: SCP-XXXX will look into SCP-4906

Results: SCP-XXXX looked into SCP-4906 and seemed to be unaffected other than being dizzy

Analysis: SCP-XXXX seemed to not have the same effect as other subjects, though we will have to wait for further results

SCP-XXXX was found drawing the mirror into its sketchbook, this is to be looked into

D-498776 was seen talking to SCP-XXXX in its cell. When questioned about this, D-498776 had no memory of entering the cell. D-498776 must be monitored for here on out.

Today SCP-XXXX was seen talking to itself and moving its hand like it was operating a puppet, this was the same day D-498776 was caught trying to escape, if these are related are still being looked into.

SCP-XXXX will be moved to site-███-Bravo for further testing

Test B - 5/18/82

Subject: SCP-XXXX

Procedure: have SCP-XXXX draw as many sketches as possible

Results: SCP-XXXX had gotten to drawing 826 when he had filled up all the sketchbooks, SCP-XXXX heart stopped and he had died.

Analysis: SCP-XXXX was thought to be dead but 2 hours later he had popped up back into its cell. When questioned it said "When I draw myself in a sketchbook it acts like an extra life, so I draw myself 4 times in each sketchbook" Further research is needed.

SCP-XXXX was seen talking to a drawing in his sketchbook, when the sketch bookbook was looked into, he was talking to a sketch of the late Dr.██████████████, this should be looked into further.

Dr.██████████████ was seen wandering the cell of SCP-XXXX in a burned out state. Dr.██████████████ was taken in for examination (See burned out examination)

When questioned, SCP-XXXX wouldn't respond.
D-498776 was found bashing his head into his cell wall until passing out via blood loss. When examined, D-498776's blood had been replaced by the same inky substance as dr.██████████████, with the same grayed out eyes. From this point all, D-Class personnel must have an examination monthly.

D-█████, D-██████, D-████, and D-█████ have expired via SCP-XXXX

A wooden drawing doll was found walking around. When contained, SCP-XXXX was put in an enraged state. When the doll was given back, SCP-XXXX was calmed. No Casualties

D-██████ and D-█████ have expired and were found covered in ink. Cause of death: suffocation
due to the ink.
