CAUTION: This is not an official SCP.
Item #: SCP-5527
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment procedures: SCP-5527 is to be kept at Site-███'s higher levels. It is to be kept in a 5 by 5 by 5 containment chamber, with 1 camera on the top right corner of the chamber. SCP-5527 is to be covered by a piece of cloth at all times. 2 guards are to be on duty outside of SCP-5527's chamber, at all times.
Description: SCP-5527 is a hostile entity that resembles a glass cup. On its surface is a printed picture consisting of two characters from the 1940 cartoon film series: Tom and Jerry, drinking from a fresh, fully grown coconut like object with what seems to be a blood red and lapis blue straw. The two characters in this image seem to be smiling at each other, consistently. SCP-5527 is approximately 18.47 centimeters (7.2716535 inches) in length and 7.584 centimeters (2.9858268 inches) in width, weighing 204.7 grams.
It is estimated that the entity it self is twenty to twenty-eight years old.
SCP-5527 is not to be observed or touched by any personnel under any circumstances. When observed by personnel, now defined as SCP-5527-1, in the peripheral field of vision or looking at the entity directly, SCP-5527-1 will begin approaching SCP-5527 at a slow speed until it touches the surface of the entity. When touched, SCP-5527 will begin producing from sounds of wild animals such as Ursus arctos horribilis, Panthera leo leo, Hippopotamus amphibius and other, to Thomas the Cat screaming. These sounds can only be heard if in SCP-5527's 2 meter radius. SCP-5527-1 is unable to hear such said sound. The sound, now designated as SCP-5527-A, is extremely high pitched, and can burst regular human ears instantly. When SCP-5527-1 puts SCP-5527 on the ground, it will stop producing the sound. SCP-5527-1 can now bring 5527 with them, protecting them with 5527-A. It is currently not known how SCP-5527 produces such sounds. SCP-5527 cannot be interacted with, if in human or animal hands, neither can the host be interacted with. Only bullets are sufficient on SCP-5527-1, no melee attacks were successful. When bullets were shot on SCP-5527, 5527-1 has proved itself to be a live shield for 5527, although, when 5527-1 was successfully terminated, 5527 stops producing 5527-A and stays that way for 24 hours, not producing any sound when held.
In incident 5527-3, SCP-5527 now undergoes a procedure known as 5527-4-Dome.
SCP-5527 was discovered in an abandoned building in Slovakia's Capital, Bratislava on June 21st 2000. When discovered, the building was full of agents from the foundation, and 5527 was immediately captured and transported to Site-███ safely.
Addendum: Description of incident 5527-3: Incident 5527-3 was a containment breach of SCP-5527, with a Class-D personnel, now known only as D-5527-████, referred to D or Class D during the documentation. Class D has approached the chamber with nothing in hand, lifting up the piece of cloth, and picking up SCP-5527. 5527 produces 5527-A, not affecting Class D. However Class D approaches the observation area, not knowingly, and 5527-A shatters the observation's area bulletproof glass, deafening two senior researchers. Class D then takes the Keycards and escapes from the chamber, holding SCP-5527. Mobile Task Force units were deployed and terminated 5527-1. SCP-5527 now undergoes 5527-4-Dome, monthly.
