Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4327 is to be contained in a 10x10x10 meter concrete cell, reinforced with steel and kept locked at all times. No personnel is to enter the cell without wearing grade-3 sound-cancelling headgear, which will not be removed until the cell is vacated of personnel and relocked. SCP-4327 is to be fed the brain of a pig once a month. No microphones are to be used in the monitoring of SCP-4327's cell.
SCP-4327 is to be contained in a 5x5x5 meter concrete cell, reinforced with steel and buried 7 meters underground. The cell is buried at the coordinates ██████████████████ to ensure that no human contact can be made with SCP-4327, and a perimeter is constructed around the location of the cell with a 100m radius. █████████ has also approved the foundation's request to establish a no-fly-zone at the location of the cell. SCP-4327 is to be fed by sending a Suncus etruscus within the established perimeter once a month. No personnel whatsoever are to enter the perimeter surrounding the cell of SCP-4327.
Description: SCP-4327 is a humanoid creature measuring approximately 1.94 meters in height and weighing approximately 120.01 kilograms. It's skin tone is a pale blue, almost devoid of color. SCP-4327's eyes are white and without pupils, and its head to body ratio is 30% larger than that of an average human. Its muscle mass is similar to that of an average human male. SCP-4327 was discovered on a farm in ███████████ after farmers reported a regular disappearance of a pig each month.
SCP-4327's voice is a cognitohazard that it uses on prey to consume them. Upon hearing the sound of its voice, SCP-4327's target will lose all cognitive function for a period of 5 minutes. During this period, all those affected's actions obey the commands given to it by SCP-4327, which usually involves approaching SCP-4327. SCP-4327 then proceeds to decapitate its target by biting off their head. It is believed by the researchers assigned to SCP-4327 that it is sustained by consuming the brains of its victims, and that it must only consume 1 brain a month to survive.

Addendum 1: Upon consuming the brain of a human, SCP-4327's (which will from now on be referred to as SCP-4327-1) skin turns a shade of pink similar to that of a live human brain, and its muscles swell to approximately 120% of their previous size. SCP-4327-1's veins and arteries begin to glow a bright blue color and it begins to scream. It is believed that this transformation is permanent.
SCP-4327-1's scream is guttural and inhuman and causes those who hear it to bleed from the ears. SCP-4327-1 takes on telepathic abilities, which carry the same effects as the cognitohazard of its voice. Any living organisms within 50m of SCP-4327-1 are subject to its will, requiring a reclassification of SCP-4327-1 as keter.
