Special Containment Procedures:
Unknown. All attempts to recapture SCP-4981 have failed. Until more data regarding SCP-4981 is found, the Foundation doesn’t have any reliable way of containing it in the event of capture. Methods for containing SCP-106 and SCP-076, the closet estimated comparison, do not have any effect on SCP-4981. Finding a way to recapture and contain and contain SCP-4981 is currently a high priority.
Description:
SCP-4981 is a dark-skinned humanoid male 5'7 meters in height and 164 kilograms in weight looks to be in its early teens. SCP-4981 wears a red hood, trench coat, M15 respirator with full grey body armour. Generally kind and polite, it enjoys conversations with security and personal alike, unless he converses with someone it sees as unintelligent or untrustworthy in which case SCP-4981 will either kill or ridicule that individual, SCP-4981 would comply with nearly every command or question. SCP-4981 would draw, listen to heavy metal music and play video games on its spare time, while it may behave like your average teenager, its IQ rivals most, if not all scientists in the facility, has enhanced reflexes, can resist the harshest climates, resistance to all toxins, enhanced senses, strength endurance, regeneration, and stamina. However SCP-4981 greatest ability is, to reshape its blood to his will, it can shoot blood drops as projectiles from its fingertips, wrist and mouth, can conjure weapons and full body armour although the weapon he posses will cause him to change his fighting style the weapons recorded are spears swords, twin tomahawks, a war hammer. While SCP-981’s weapons appear liquid they are stronger than titanium. It can also turn into liquid form, produce 1-5 tendrils from its back, which can stretch to a length of 30 feet. SCP-4981-2 is the mask that SCP-4981 constantly wears it protects SCP-4981 from drowning, airborne diseases also have built-in filters to consume food and water his primary diet being and would refuse to eat any form of meat. And is also the only means of keeping SCP-4981 to maintain his composure.

SCP-4981 was discovered on ██/██/2001 during investigations of a “indestructible vigilante” proclaiming himself as Phantom Fury, in the city of ████████ in ████████. During a raid in a abandoned warehouse investigators found separate phantom fury suits, monitors with surveillance points all over the city, and 500 bulletin boards filled with police investigations with 330 of the 500 labeled “SOLVED” SCP-4981 was seen sitting in front of a monitor playing an online 5v5 strategy game called “League of Legends.” Once personal told SCP-4981 to surrender he responded saying “In a minute the consequences of leaving a game are catastrophic” once it finished its match, it compiled and went willingly.

Dr. ████: "What is your name? and where do you come from?."
SCP-4981: "Saviour, Monster, Tyrant, Destroyer, Reaper….I've been called many names, but you can address me with that code of numbers you have for the things you imprison here. Where I came from, however, I can't remember but I also don’t want to."
Dr. ████: "Why have you been defending that city? and why did you come in willingly?."
SCP-4981: "I saw there was much evil lurking and someone needed to be a symbol of peace in such a dark world. Also, I presumed you as the police forces and I made a pledge to comply if I was ever discovered the will of the people would decide my fate, speaking of the law enforcement what sort of station is this, and where are-?."
Dr. ████: "THAT’S NONE OF YOUR CONCERN!, Now how did you possess these abilities? and how did you gain access to the city's security system?."
SCP-4981: (Laughs) ”I'm as clueless as you are doctor, maybe a curse from the wicked or a gift from the gods we will never know. About your little security system, however. It was overridden by a legendary skill I learned called, HACKING!.”

SCP-4981: “Oh. Nothing, nothing at all.”

SCP-4981: (Pauses and glares at Dr.) “You invade this world. Claiming it as your owns simply by your presence…..You slaughter innocent animals for their hides and their flesh…..You devastate the landscape and gouge out the earth to build your monuments to vanity…….And yet you cage the beings you call monsters, I was once like you but now I am what you fear.”
Dr. ████: "Oh alright then, why don't you ever take off your mask?."
SCP-4981: (No response)
Dr. ████: "SCP-4981 why don't you ever remove your mask?."
SCP-4981: (No response)
Dr. ████: "SCP-4981 ANSWER THE QUESTION!."
SCP-4981: (Pauses) “I’ve explained and demonstrated the capabilities of my mask and how they benefit me……I can't remove this mask…..Even if I wanted to…Docter, someone or something made it…To restrain something inside of me. (Glares intently at Dr.) However, others can for some reason, but for the safety of this facility I suggest you don't."
Dr. ████: "What will happen if we remove your mask?."
SCP-4981: " You won't be able to witness, what will happen."

A response now the following the interview with SCP-4981 was an experiment approved from the 05-council regarding SCP-4981 and SCP-4981-2. The procedure was to remove SCP-4981-2 during SCP-4981’s 1 hour sleeping period, to further examine SCP-4981-2 and place it back on SCP-4981 before it would even notice. This, however, resulted in SCP-4981’s first containment breach.

Incident 4981.03: On ██/██/2013
While in containment at site-██ SCP-4981 had just begun his 1 hour weekly rest period. During this time a Class-D personnel was sent to retrieve the mask for further testing, however, upon removing SCP-4981-2, SCP-4981 mouth appeared to be that of a carnivorous animal unknown to any animal before further inspections could be made. SCP-4981 began rapidly twitching, shrieking and screaming, the leading scientist ordered the Class-D to put the SCP-4981-2 back on SCP-4981 immediately before the Class-D was able to do this however, SCP-4981 entered a rage state, and proceeded to kill anyone onsight and the result of this rampage was the onsight warhead being launched the lost of personal was high. The blast left the facility in ruins the only item that survived was SCP-4981-2 upon further investigation SCP-4981 survived the as well blast and, was headed for the town of ██████ only 1250000 miles west from the facility at speeds that ranged from 65 mph to 360 mph. All available Nine-Tailed Fox squadrons were sent to subdue SCP-4981 terminate if necessary. [20 M2 Bradley] Infantry fighting vehicles were sent to the target firing 25-mm chain 900 rounds, twin tube TOW launcher 7 anti-tank missiles on each vehicle 140 missiles in total and 3 men from each squad car firing over 2 200 rounds of military machine guns, that is over 132,000 rounds on SCP-4981. Once the dust settled SCP-4981 was seen wearing his blood armour, completely unharmed and assessing the situation. It took only 15 seconds for SCP-4981 to coordinate a plan of attack, he then proceeded to kill all opposing squadrons using its tendrils to topple and detonate the vehicles, then ran through all opposing fire with while in his liquid form he then consumed, ripped and blasted the remaining squadrons in less than five minutes. Until only 1 soldier was present on the scene, the soldier the fired all of his ammunition in his primary and secondary on SCP-4981 until he was forced to face him in hand to hand combat SCP-4981 responded by getting into a fighting stance and remained motionless, the soldier then attacked with a flurry of strikes to SCP-4981. Yet SCP-4981 proceeded to dodge all of soldiers attacks until he grasped his throat making this statement “I had dreams of the queen wonders that lived inside the hearts of love and silent treatments of all the elderly that I knew were once whole.” SCP-4981 then released a high pitch scream cutting off all surveillance, disabling 4981’s tracking device and rendering the soldier unconscious. SCP-4981 then dismembered the trooper before consuming half his cranium leaving before leaving the remains. SCP-4981 then continued to make its way toward the occupants in the town, now 17 miles away from SCP-4981 current position before twin fighter jets, 20 attack helicopters intercepted SCP-4981. It was now clear that they needed to delay SCP-4981 as long as possible, for all civilizations to be evacuated from the town all and for personnel to place SCP-4981-2 to SCP-4981 immediately. Civilians were told this was a drill and to make their way toward the nearest transport vehicles, it took only thirty minutes for SCP-4981 to dispose of remaining forces and make its way towards town. To its disappointment all the inhabitants of the area seemed to have vacated the area, SCP-9821 then began pacing and shouting in frustration after about 5 minutes it calmed down and make its way out of the town and going off the grid.

Retrieval Log of SCP-4981
The foundation has been unable to locate SCP-4981 for nearly a 2 months and in that time has the foundation has confirmed he's committed over 20,000 accounts of first-degree murder and cannibalism. Now desperate and with SCP-4981 publicity growing with every rampage, the last hope was in SCP-4981-2 they've been analyzing it for the mask 3 weeks nonstop and still unable to decipher any clues to finding SCP-4981 so an experiment was made to locate the entity.

Subject: Class-D (1111)

Preface: While in containment at Site-██, SCP-4981-2 laid dormant until a test subject (D-1111) was introduced into SCP-4981-2’s containment cell.
Observation Notes: (D-1111) was ordered to place SCP-4981 on once (D-1111) did this, no activity from SCP-4981-2 occurred until 30 minutes later, (D-1111) began screaming and he began to cry blood. After 10 minutes of this (D-1111) knew the exact location of SCP-4981 and gave to the advisor and told him to take him with them. After the request was accepted from the 05 council with a few, security measures they let (D-1111) accompany them to SCP-4981 location, an emergency response team was sent immediately with (D-1111) in restrained to the helicopters seat. To the foundation's surprise (D-1111) was correct about SCP-4981’s whereabouts, and could be seen sleeping with a pack of consumed wolves, in the ██████ forest upon noticing the response team SCP-4981 stood up and shot a blood projectile at the helicopter bringing it spiralling towards the ground below. (D-1111) then broke through his restraints picked up all 5 squadron members place them on his shoulders, waited until they were in close proximity with the ground and leaped out the chopper landed roughly 180 feet to the ground unharmed, but the squadron suffered whiplash from the sudden impact the chopper, however, landed on top of SCP-4981 (D-1111), then informed Capt.█████ to withdraw and that he will subdue SCP-4981 alone. After a small dispute between the two Capt.█████ seeing SCP-4981 clear through the wreckage, his men injured and unarmed Capt.█████ permitted (D-1111) to detain the target. Once (D-1111) and SCP-4981 made eye contact they remained motionless for 20 seconds after which they charged at each other at full speed, once they made contact their blows created shockwaves strong enough to knock down 15,500 acres of trees luckily, Capt.█████ and his men found a nearby cave to take refuge in after nearly 5 hours of conflict, all sounds of fighting seemed to have abruptly stopped Capt.█████ and his squadron went out to scout the area he saw SCP-4981 with SCP-4981-2 now attached and completely unharmed grieving for its crimes, acts of violence its committed, and the lives it's taken, however 30 feet away was (D-1111) dead laying on the ground, suffered from critical injuries such as 5 broken ███, a fractured ███, with his vital organs ██████ and ███ across the ██████, and has been impaled with 9 tree branches that measured 6 inches in width and 7 feet in height through the (D-1111) ██████ , Capt.█████ and his squad stood there in shock for 1 hour until retrieval team arrived. Capt.█████ and his team were given treated to an A level evaluation, therapy and mental rehabilitation, and SCP-4981 was recaptured and put back into containment, and later questioned for its actions.

Dr.Blake: “SCP-4981, you are being directed to explain your actions, and I will remind you that failure to cooperate will result in further restrictions during your containment!.”
SCP-4981: (Pauses and cries) “My actions…do not need to be explained, Doctor I gave, you all…a warning…and you, didn’t take heed…..My Bloodlust and hunger are contained while I wear my mask or more commonly known as SCP-4981-2, and you, removed…MY RESTRAINTS.”
Dr. Blake: “You killed Dr. ████ then, killed thousands more, then butchered and consumed-
SCP-4981: (Interrupting, angrily slamming its fist on the table) “-I killed them….I killed, them (stands up and points furiously at Dr.) I COMPLIED WITH EVERY DEMAND, AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION, I COULD, WITH ONE- (Pauses and breaths heavily) with one thing I asked you to never do in return. AND WHAT DID YOU DO?.”
Dr. Blake: (No response)
SCP-4981: (cries) “WHAT DID YOU DO?!”
Dr.Blake: “We did what was necessary, to have SCP-4981-2 to be properly examined, and tested, and to have a proper representation of what you really are 4981.”
(Slightly Terrified)
SCP-4981: “And what's that?”
(Glares at Dr.)
Dr. Blake: “A monster-!.”
SCP-4981:(Interrupting, furiously)“-I am no Monster. I am the guardian that you are trying to impersonate, the only reason, I went on that killing spree……was because someone in a high authority…..was too afraid to get his hands dirty but……but you can tell them (laboured breathing) that voices of the discarded, the abandoned, the deceived, and the….abused….will be avenged….by me!”

Dr. Blake: “SECURITY I NEED SECURITY NO-
