Spesial Containment Procedures: SCP-3258 is to be kept in a 2m x 2m x 2m gold cube with no interior or exterior features. The cube is then surrounded by a 3m x 3m x 3m metal observation camber on site 19 for viewing SCP-3258,s anomalies "events". The cube`s interior and exterior walls are constructed by a 100% gold aloy to counter SCP-3258,s anomalies effects, seeing gold apears to be immune to the effects off SCP-3258. Following a containment breach SCP-3258,s recontainment is to be set as an alpha prioraty by all available personell on site 19. Everyone that were present on site 19 during the containment breach are to report to medical bay as soon as possible when the breach is secured. Class-D or lower are to only be let into the containment unit if approved by 04 command on site 19 during experimental hours on a strict scedule by Dr. Smith. Scedule can be discused with Dr. Smith on spare time.

Description: SCP-3258 is an old, meckanical clock made in [DATA EXPUNGED]. The design of the clock is mostly gold with iron gears and other clockwork. It stands on a pedestal 10cm in diameter with a glass dome over the clockwork, the clock it self is 6cm in diameter with roman numbers ranging from 1 to 12 in order. The main clock,s design is not the cause of the anomalies but the effects of SCP-3258 can be damaging. Exposure to SCP-3258 will significantly effect the time around the subject, and subjects time will be multiplied by 100%. Subjects will live 100 years in 1 year if effected by SCP-3258 for a longer period of time. The time altering effects any material that is in its "ticking range", which will age a 100% faster than normal time. This does not effect any material that the clock is made off so gold and iron is immune to SCP-SCP-3258 effects.The clock was located in[DATA EXPUNGED] by nearby miners that located it in a nearby cave who contacted the facilaty. The history of the clock is as of yet unknown. Its effects can be countered by SCP-714.

Addendum:Gold is the least effected material tested in the presence of SCP-3258 and is presumed that gold is immune to its effects. It is tested that it can be becouse of golds high density or its hardend properties that is cousing this repelent effect to SCP-3258.
Iron is the second least effected material tested in the presence of SCP-3258 and is presumed to disolve in a 1000 years under the effects of SCP-3258. The testing of iron(Fe) revealed no protective properties in the iron that stood out, testing still ongoing.
organic material is the most effected by SCP-3258 anomalies effects, and the time is usualy doubled. This varies from time effected by SCP-3258.
