Special Containment Procedures: Must be kept boxed inside of a 10x10 box - No contact allowed (visual and audio without permission from Corporal █████). Feed once a day, strict diet of mash (ONLY SMOOTH), fish fingers (BAKED), baked beans and a mix of peas and corn.
Description: A young adult male was reported and captured by unit 6 and sent to site 42, just off the cost of the UK, South Wales. He doesn't have a name, exact age or any known living family members. The term "normal", used by unit 6, appears a lot. There doesn't seem to be any significance from SCP-4230 - no form of any power, easily containable, doesn't talk or move a lot. Previously kept inside of a mental health ward for the murders of ███ ████, ██ ████, ████ ████ and ██████ ████.
SCP-4230 was given the name "Maniac" after a short "episode" with one of the guards. at 6:██am, the body of guard #463, unit 6, was found nude and partially dismembered in 4230's holding cell. No camera footage was recorded at that time, and no one is sure why the guard tried to get into the cell. Guard #463 was a repeated sex offender off record, so unit 6 dismissed the case as "justice" and "self defence". Site 42 wasn't so sure of the claims, so they removed him from a holding cell, into an empty boiler room. the boiler room was 7x7x15. On almost every occasion of guards checking up, 4230 was caught climbing up the pipes. He was never rushing, trying to escape or run from the guards. ███ and ████ ██ ████ ███ █ █████ █ ██ ██ ████ █ ██ █████ ███ █ █████.

Foreword: (silence fills the room for another 5 minutes)

SCP 4230: (starts to tap feet rapidly)
SCP 4230: (moves away from mic, turns and sits the opposite direction)
Unit 6 Overseer: Please just make this a little easier for us?
SCP 4230: (starts laughing and crying uncontrollably)
Corporal L███e: Just shut this fucking shit down he ain't gonna talk man.
Unit 6 Overseer: I'll get this son of a bitch to talk, why are we keeping him here then?
Corporal L███e: You saw this freaks record. Better keep him here until termination day.
