Manufacturing Department Quartermastery Document
The Foundation’s Manufacturing Department has released this document for the purposes of easing understanding of the Foundation’s military and technological equipment.
Armouries in Armed Sites and Bases-of-Operations are generally stocked with equipment from this set, any requisitioned military gear, anomalous equipment, custom-made devices, or equipment acquired from other Groups of Interest notwithstanding.
Equipment is tiered, in order to easily decide which equipment should be distributed for different purposes, e.g. covert operations should use low-tier equipment to defuse suspicion and prevent anomalous technology falling into the wrong hands, while a High-Threat Engagement might necessitate the use of anomalous tech to ensure success.
All equipment is blessed by ordained religious officials of various religions and inscribed with antiperceptive kinetoglyphs for undercover use.

Inert Anomaly Storage: Storage rooms for objects recovered that pose no immediate risk and need no active containment.
Light Containment Facilities: Temporary housing for anomalous objects that may be harmful, but are easy to contain.

The Foundation's Advanced Biotech Division offers numerous augmentations, that any MTF unit on applicable programs1 can apply for the implantation of. These offer a wide range of useful abilities and are sure to give you that little bit of an edge in the field.
Clot Bot
Nanobots are implanted into the bloodstream, and when heavy bleeding occurs they will shut off blood flow to that area to prevent exsanguination.
- Hemosynthesis - The nanobots are able to synthesise blood, based on a subject's genetic code, allowing for the negative effects of blood loss to be safely ignored in minor to moderate cases.
Sensory Overload
The nerves that receive messages from the senses are augmented with hyper-conductive alloys resulting in faster uptake of all senses.
- Holo-Targeting - Successful attacks create a holographic target on the struck entity, doubling hit chance for successive ranged attacks from any team member. This initial attack need not be from range. (improves Firearms (Rifle) and Firearms (Handguns) for subsequent attacks, or any skill being rolled against for the purpose of a ranged attack)
- N,N-Dimethyltryptamine - A controlled release of the perception-enhancing agent N,N-Dimethyltryptamine allows for the perception of entities utilising antiperceptive anomalous abilities.
Implant GRT8X-37
A cardiovascular enhancement that manufactures and, upon request, releases the chemical agent GRT8X into the bloodstream. This drug slows the user’s perception of time by hyperstimulation of all cranial activity leading to time appearing slowed for a short time.
- Ribosomal Bootlegging - Integration of your bodies natural production functions allow for much faster creation of the agent allowing it to be used up to twice per day.
- Synth Nodes - Placement of specific uptake points and devices allow it to be more efficiently absorbed and utilised allowing for you to act as though time were passing normally.
Panacea Production
The active ingredient of panacea (SCP-500) has finally been identified and this modification allows your genome to be spliced allowing your cells to produce microscopic quantities of it. This leads to a slow regenerative effect and heightened resistance to all poisons or disease.
- Biohacking - The genome can be incorporated into your lymph nodes allowing for the average concentration of panacea to be doubled leading to a far higher regenerative effect.
- Retroviral Apotheosis - The subject is injected with a modified form of the HIV retrovirus, designed to alter their DNA to that of cells recovered from the corpse of The Lord of Endowments. Regeneration is improved enough that the subject cannot be killed by any physical damage less than or equal to that produced by a powerful machine gun. Immunity to poison, infection, and most acids.
Mental Shielding
Micro resistors placed by nanobots within the brain allow traumatic signals to be blocked or slowed leading to horrific incidents begin more easily forgotten and ignored.
- Semiconductive Compound - The resistance of the circuitry is increased slowly over time leading to an ever-increasing tolerance to mental trauma.
Flame Fingers
Numerous thermal absorption units are placed within your core, these collect heat over time. You can transform this heat into powerful bursts of fire that can be launched from your hands.
- Cyclic Reabsorption - The constant heat supplied by your core can be continually channelled allowing for short streams of fire to be emitted in either a line or a cone. Additionally, the thermodynamics of the system are improved, allowing for more extended use without fatigue.
Hypergolic Mixture - A mixture of core heat and fat conversion allows the temperatures of flame to reach almost 1700°C
Night Vision
An array of interconnected infrared emitters and receivers that are augmented into your eyes allow for near perfect low light and dark vision.
- Backscatter - An integrated radar system allows the user to view objects through walls.
- Augmented Reality - A miniaturised VERITAS reader is installed that gives descriptions of anomalous entities that follow the GOC’s Humanoid Threat Entity classification system.
Zen Reflex Enhancement
Replacement of parts of the spine with graphene sheeting and gold wiring allows your body to react reflexively - 350% faster than an average human.
- Combat Tracker - An advanced machine learning system tracks combat technique and optimises nerves.
Memetic Blocker
Various microcircuits are implanted within the brain and refuse to allow the passage of signals that do not perfectly match personal bioelectric signals, thus almost entirely blocking memetic or mind control effects.
- Psionic Countermeasures - When the user is psionically attacked by another living being, the system will launch the psychic energy back.
Grounding Superconductors
A complex array of silver iodide synthesisers and releases allow the user to rapidly seed charged clouds. The secondary function comes in the form of two "virtual" lightning rods that use reality fracturing technology to make the shortest most conductive path possible, leading to lighting striking and only striking the user. This, in conjunction with sets of tiny tesla coils and batteries, creates an electrically charged haze around the user.
- Haze Bomb - An internal water storage coupled with a high-performance pump-atomiser allows for a limited number of ‘haze bursts’ to be released, that obscure vision and provide a minimal bonus to electrical damage within the now more conductive environment.
- Concentrated Charge - Adding high-performance electromagnets to shape the surrounding electrical field, bolts can be directed at a short range, but have very low accuracy and are likely to strike the closest ground, if the target is too distant. Utilising this power also reduces the protection afforded by the electron cloud for a period after each use.
- Fusion Flare - Using the designs acquired from the first instance of SCP-028’s anomalous effects, and low-level spatial warping achieved by a variable Scranton Reality Anchor, the surrounding cloud of gas can be accelerated in vortex rings and palladium-catalysed to produce high-intensity bursts of flaming plasma.
Volt Strike
A series of electrical repeaters and batteries allow for waste bioelectricity from the body to be collected and used for added melee potency, power levels increase depending on the time since last use.
- Recuperative Membranes - A small network of components is implanted into the body to actively utilise blood glucose to quickly build electrical charge. Activated manually, it drains the energy of the user severely but instantly provides the equivalent of a 30-minute charge. Using this more than three times in a 120-second period will place the user into a critical state.
- Discharge Revamp - Through invasive surgery, the batteries are replaced by newly developed tungsten trioxide (WO3) nano-wire supercapacitors, that allow for quicker electrical discharge, adding a powerful knockback/shock effect.
- Electro-Motive Force - Additional components are added to the hands of users that allow the generation of powerful magnetic fields at operable ranges of up to 10cm. This allows them to deal much more damage to robotic or otherwise part-metal enemies, as more delicate internal components will be damaged without requiring a breach of the outer layers. Additionally, metal weapons can be stolen during hand-to-hand, and then projected at high velocity with limited accuracy. Lastly, careful use can allow for the unlocking of simple metal locks, and the deactivation of electrical safeguards.
Electromagnetic Pulse Generator
Groups of circuit activated batteries and emitters are placed throughout your body allowing the release of an EMP that can stun all but the largest robots or machines.
- Technostop Curse - Using conceptual engineering techniques, all technology can be impermanently neutralised, preventing its use but causing no lasting damage.
Muscular Efficiency Module
Multiple rows of micro pistons and actuators are placed through a subject's muscle groups. When needed they will activate and subtly shift the groups into a different location allowing more efficient use of all muscles.
- Full Muscle Jacket - The shifting of muscle groups is now even more extensive allowing you to (given a few minutes) move almost 1.5 tonnes with your arms alone. Unfortunately, human bones are unable to survive this crushing for more than a few seconds.
Swarm
A small army of nanobots are stored in select containers around your body, and upon activation, they will release and form a large swarm. They can pick up small objects at range.
- Combat Enhancement - Addition of small buzz saws and razor blades allow the swarm to rip through flesh and muscle and cause severe injuries.
- Field Toolkit - Tiny tools added to the arms and chassis of the swarm allow them to repair and weld small items together.
C.A.S.S.I.E
(Charisma altering Audiovisual Stimulation Speech based Integrated Enhancement)
Groupings of cameras and microphones are placed around your primary sense organs. These pick up unnoticeable facial and tonal queues and feed these into your brain allowing for incredibly accurate social functionality. Included also is a cocktail of essential pheromones that allow you to make people with an olfactory system far easier to persuade, charm, or intimidate, at your discretion.
- Screamer - A memetic dispersal system that produces auditory and visual cognitohazards that cause unbridled terror and psychological damage in those weak of will. The additional resources for memetic inoculation make this augmentation roughly twice as costly as a regular one.
The following document details rules for Site-T6 personnel. This document is fluid and may be edited at any time to more accurately reflect best protocol.
Galia Hawthorne:
- Galia Hawthorne is no longer allowed to horde SCP-999 just for "a prank".
Dr. John Smith:
- Dr Smith may not refer to anyone as a "peasant."
- Dr John Smith is no longer allowed to try and seduce any Foundation personnel.
- The process is embarrassing and awkward for all involved. Stop doing it.
Valen ██████:
- Not allowed to use the PA system at Site-T6 to announce that he has just lost The Game
- Valen ██████ may no longer yell in a crowded area that it is "rewind time!".
- The amount of panic this incites renders it completely inexcusable in future.
Nicholás Marto:
- Nicholás Marto is not allowed to pretend that he does not speak any English whilst being interviewed by the Foundation.
- This includes psych evaluations. We know you don't want to talk about how you feel, get over it.
- Nicholás Marto is no longer allowed to send explicit images to Dr John Smith over the Foundation's secure intranet.
- Dr John Smith himself does not complain, it's just that the pictures are incredibly disturbing or odd or both.
Charlotte Williams:
- Charlotte Williams is no longer allowed to request death.
- Dr Jack Bright is no longer allowed to try, and likely, unsuccessfully fulfil the previous request.
- If a request to spend time with SCP-049 is approved, an appropriate overseer must be provided.
- Commander Fraser is no longer an appropriate overseer.
- No bodies will be provided upon request.
- No other members of MTF Chimera may be classed as appropriate overseers.
- NO BODIES.
- Charlotte Williams may no longer accept "hits" from D-Class personnel to other D-Class personnel.
- Charlotte Williams is no longer allowed to reside within Dr Alto Clef's office.
- In the event of a containment breach, Charlotte Williams is not to try and aid in SCP-049's escape, try to kill MTF Epsilon-11 "Nine-Tailed Fox" and MTF Delta-5 "Front Runners", hide Dr Jack Bright's amulet, raid foundation supplies, and come up with the excuse of "I was left unsupervised".
- Charlotte Williams is no longer allowed to use the PA system to declare that she is The Black Queen. telekinetically AT ALL.
- We don't know how you're doing it, but stop. please.
- Charlotte Williams is no longer allowed to request to adopt Dr Crow.
- Dr Jack Bright may not attempt to facilitate this request.
Note for those in positions of management over Ms Williams: The presence of Irene Willis appears to lessen her behaviour, and can be used as a motivator for preventing the violation of these rules.
Irene Willis:
- Irene Willis is not allowed to flood the Foundation's network with obscure memes.
- Irene Willis is no longer allowed to try and start conversations with any Foundation staff with the starting sentence of "Memes, huh?", as the automatic memetic defence system can trip.
- If the request to start a Twitch stream is accepted, Irene Willis must no longer transform using her eldritch powers while on-air.
- This is apparently against the community guidelines.
