Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in an appropriately sized paddock, accompanied by a minimum of one (1) steer or ox of a similar breed. In the event that SCP-XXXX is without another appropriate companion, another is to be provided as soon as possible in order to meet the social and psychological needs required by SCP-XXXX. In order to distinguish SCP-XXXX from its companion, it is to be given a unique ear tag that is renewed when damaged. SCP-XXXX is to be given access to a grazing pasture, measuring a minimum of 3 square acres, enclosed by electric fencing measuring a minimum of four (4) meters in order to discourage a breach of containment. SCP-XXXX is to be supplied quantities of food and water standard to that of a normal member of its breed. Regarding the use of SCP-XXXX excluding regular study and experimentation, see Addendum XXXX-01.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a male ox (Bos taurus) of the Chianina breed, approximately 2.2 meters in height, weighing approximately 1,500 kilograms. SCP-XXXX is approximately ███ years of age according to available records and was determined to be in exceptional health despite its age. SCP-XXXX retains the temperament and behavior standard to normal members of its breed, with the exception of its anomalous properties. SCP-XXXX is familiar with the standard equipment and English commands commonly used in the labor of normal oxen.
SCP-XXXX was discovered on a small farm in [REDACTED] on ██/██/20██. Despite knowledge of SCP-XXXX's considerable age, the previous owners of SCP-XXXX were originally unaware of its anomalous properties and behavior. SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties were eventually discovered when the son of SCP-XXXX's previous owners and a number of his associates filled a large agricultural truck of [REDACTED], weighing approximately 10,000 kilograms. The son then forced SCP-XXXX to pull the truck, with SCP-XXXX succeeding in pulling the truck for approximately 300 meters before being encouraged to stop. The apparent motive for the son's actions was that of a "humorous joke" when interviewed by foundation agents.
SCP-XXXX is able to pull and move almost any object, regardless of height, weight, volume, or material. In addition to SCP-XXXX's exceptional strength, it is able to pull objects at a maximum pace of approximately two (2) to three (3) miles per hour for a seemingly indefinite period of time. The speed at which SCP-XXXX pulls objects does not seem influenced by the weight of the objects nor external forces such as temperature, terrain, or weather. See SCP-XXXX Test Logs for more information regarding anomalous properties.
Addendum XXXX-01: Due to the proposed uses of SCP-XXXX to the Foundation including construction, maintenance, and other labor-intensive fields, the use of SCP-XXXX has been approved under specific conditions and has since been relocated to Site-19 as of ██/██/20██. Use of SCP-XXXX must be granted by Level 4 Security Clearance or above and is to be conducted and monitored by agents with sufficient experience regarding cattle behavior and training.
SCP-XXXX Test/Experiment Logs: Updated as of ██/██/20██
Experiment Notes and Constants: Variables such as distance (200 meters), item(s) pulled (concrete), and item(s) unit (cubic yards) are all kept constant throughout experiments. Variables and constants are subject to change when necessary.
