Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3748 is to be contained within a 1.5cm thick Glass box. That measures 15cm x 10cm, this box is to be wrapped with aluminium foil then, wrapped with strains of copper wire. All signals must be prohibited from exiting this containment chamber while not in testing. Personal of level 3 clearance or above are allowed inside containment chamber.

Description: SCP-3748 appears to be a 2007 Bauhn TV remote controller. It seems to be able to function with all battery types, the strength of the batteries are found to increase the abilities of SCP-3748. SCP-3748 has buttons that apply the current norms, the buttons that are found to exhert anomalous properties include, Freeze, Sleep, Fast Forward/Slow Motion, Language, Volume, and OFF/ON. SCP-3748 anonymously disperses radio signals after usage that are untranslatable, although the signals are blocked due to uncertainty of the effects. The signals are blocked by electrical resistant materials such as aluminium and copper.
