Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-XXXX does not need to be stored in any specific way. At least two guard are to be stationed near it at all times. SCP-XXXX is to be placed in the break room of Site-███, to be used by Foundation personnel. Personnel of all clearance levels are allowed to use this object, but must check in with the guards first to prevent the object being lost or stolen.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a standard electrical outlet (although missing the cover), roughly 10.4 cm long, 3.2 cm wide, and 2.6 cm tall, with two standard American sockets. In the presence of plug of non-American origin, SCP-XXXX will change the sockets to match the shape of the plug. How this occurs is currently unknown. SCP-XXXX will transfer power to any object plugged into one of its sockets. Objects plugged in to SCP-XXXX reach 100% battery almost instantly, and lose power at 1/4 the normal rate. SCP-XXXX does not need to be attached to a wall to transfer power to other objects. How this occurs is currently unknown. Subjects who come into contact with SCP-XXXX report to hear a quiet buzzing sound.

Recovery: SCP-XXXX was recovered from ████████, █████████, after reports of a buzzing sound coming from an electrical outlet that was still in the box.
