Special Containment Procedures: Due to the complex nature of SCP-9100 and its subset entities, no specified containment procedures have been set forth in order to prevent the "containment breach" of the SCP and its subset entities. While the potential of a breach is nigh impossible due to multiple counter procedures in order to prevent any massive faults within the behavior of SCP-9100-1, -2 or -2A, -2B or -2C entities, the only specified containment procedures put forth in order to prevent any containment breaches were a series of signed Geases1, in place to prevent the potential events and breaches occurring from the location of SCP-9100

However, in order to create a specialized area dedicated to the continuous research and communication with SCP-9100 and all subjects, SCP-9100 and the Foundation Forward Operations Base at the specialized entrance to SCP-9100 within Site-19 have been designated as Provisional Site Exarch for the continuous research of any new -2 instances, terrain, areas of SCP-9100 or for the direct and indirect communication with SCP-9100-1. While digital contact can be established from anywhere in the world, it has not proven as efficient in

Other than the signed Geases, no other containment has been deemed necessary at this time.

Description: SCP-9100, codename "Wishmaker's Realm", is a pocket dimension established via anomalous and artificial means, its full size or depth being entirely unknown due to the ever-expanding properties of the realm in question, despite multiple connected waypoints throughout prominent areas directly inside of or in the proximity of Foundation property, along with the areas in the proximity of other GoIs, yet the -1 entity refuses to reveal any of them. The SCP directly replicates the standard requirements and objects correlated to common Menageries, adapting to the standards of anomalous and non-anomalous wildlife or humanoids contained inside of SCP-9100.

While the full list or number of humanoids within SCP-9100, designated SCP-9100-2, remains unknown, multiple sources, including SCP-9100-1 have been making regular updates on SCP-9100-2 location and numbers, as requested by Geas-Epsilon-21. IA attempts at signing a Geas with SCP-9100 and SCP-9100-1 in order to gain a full map of SCP-9100 have been met with failure.

However, attempts at finding the direct hierarchy within SCP-9100 has lead to the discovery of SCP-9100-1, who had actively sought out exploratory Lambda-5 teams within the proximity of SCP-9100 Gateway-2, a Way opening directly within the maintenance locker of Site-19.

SCP-9100-1 is a humanoid, bipedal entity of unknown biological origin and standing approximately 3m in height. -1 possesses no specific functional limbs, its arms and legs entirely limp and unable to be used for any complex activity involving finger movement, tapping or pressing certain objects, and holding materials. Another visual and biological anomaly consists of there being no direct neck or upper body for SCP-9100-1, its body splitting into two halves above the waist, and forming a circular shape around the supposed solar plexus, and splitting off into multiple selections of detailed horns and tusk-like protrusions.

The "head" itself is entirely disconnected from the main body of the SCP, hovering directly above the opening made in the solar plexus. The head resembles the skeletal structure of a deer-like entity, four horns also extending from the backside of the 'skull' structure.

SCP-9100-1, referring to itself as "The Vargard" or, in some cases, "The Ahamkara", states itself to the Warden or direct maintenance of SCP-9100 and SCP-9100-2, and has informed all interviewing agents that are entirely capable of performing any task within or outside of SCP-9100, mentioning the designation of KTE-BLACK-BURRHUS2 to prove its validity.

"The Ahamkara" holds direct control and governing functions over all aspects of 9100 and 9100-2, and has been able to show that during direct and indirect interviews, gladly taking in any potential guests or visitors in order to be able to speak to them. -1 is incredibly social and holds no hostility towards passive Foundation forces. Aggression would be met with returned aggravation.

SCP-9100 also possesses multiple human subjects of various ages, bodily descriptions and appearances within it, and, upon inspection and encounters, has shown for contacts to resemble the members of multiple Groups of Interest, altered on varying levels to show the distinction between the forces. When asked upon. -1 had stated that all -2 entities are stragglers or have been recruited as occupants of SCP-9100, and, unless required for a Procedure Epsilon-12-Rho3, are to be ignored and left alone. The list of GoI's currently encountered within SCP 9100 goes as follows:

The Court of Ignators, an alternate version of the common Sarkic Cults, is a theological entity lead by one "Klavigar Thraok", an entity of heavy Proto-Sarkic influence who had come to worship SCP-9100-1 as a living deity due to the condition and state of SCP-9100. Cult number ranges between 200 to 1000 due to the size of SCP-9100.

Further entries are pending. SCP-9100-2, often serve as guardians or amusements for the -1 entity, a procedure in which human subjects also partake.

ADDENDUM 1, Special Event:

Procedure Epsilon-12-Rho is an event in which SCP-9100 actively shifts its internal environment in a randomized pattern caused by the -1 entity. This is done in order to "provide Entertainment" and provide a sufficient staging ground for the extraction of personnel from various GOIs and test subjects from the SCP-9100-2 populace in order to pin the two factors against one another for a limited time.

The thing that had caught the SCPF's attention, however, was the fact that SCP-9100-1 actively gave out rewards after the completion of the Procedure, and was considered an easily exploitable feature that was well-defined during the creation of the Gease Array.

ADDENDUM-2, GEASE ARRAY: The Gease Array was a contract with a list of demands and items in return, requested and presented before SCP-9100-1 after a vote done by the O5 Council. The Gease Array states that:

Upon signing, the "Ahamkara" would receive volunteers for all Procedure Epsilon-12-Rho events, providing the casualty rating is not within unethical extremes, along with a beneficial status with the organization and the Foundation's direct assistance in other matters, along with allowing the SCP Foundation to perform safe testing and questioning of willing -2 instances and SCP-9100-1 itself, along with sampling, audio recordings, hume levels and the positioning of Lambda-5 within SCP-9100 and their constant presence.

Along with constant amusement and an "alliance", the Foundation had also requested direct assistance in the events that it was required to defend against external and internal threats upon the request of personnel with O5 clearance, be this assistance the manifestation of -2 entities within the field of battle at a designated location, or the indirect prevention of enemy assaults by physically manipulating certain events in order to secure the eventual Foundation victory in scenarios such as Breach management, the containment of viruses and spreadable contagions, crowd control, small-scale DEA work, enemy assault on specific targets, research and specialized design.

If, however, the -1 instance had signed the contract and broken its rules by Harming SCPF personnel, tampering with the goals and purposes of the Foundation, not delivering upon the set contract put forth by the Foundation and actively resisting against the contract, it and its realm would be immediately terminated. -2 instances or any influence of SCP-9100 outside of 9100 grounds also counted in the termination order.

The SCP accepted the terms of the contract and has been uplifted to Thaumiel in order to validate the contract.
