SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES REVISION 3A:
SCP-4XXX is to be contained in a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m standard humanoid containment cell airlocked cell, made out of reinforced concrete, at all times. A toilet, sleeping bed and a shower are mandatory. Waterpipes are to be made out of titanium and surveillance cameras are to be sealed by reinforced 3-inch glass. No humanoid personnel should ever be allowed to enter the containment cell.
Personnel on duty are to feed SCP-4XXX 5 times a day, with whatever food is available on the site's cafeteria. Cutlrey and plates are to be made out of plastic only. All food must be processed through A6-UL in order to avoid any potential interaction with SCP-4XXX.
Due to SCP-4XXX's cognitohazardous nature on humans, personnel are strictly forbidden from communicating with it; any staff performing actions such as establishing eye contact, physical contact, engaging in a conversation or simply responding to the sounds it makes, are to be detained for encouraging a containment breach.
Surveillance equipment is to only be accessed by A6-UL. All personnel are forbidden from accessing any sort of surveillance equipment related to monitoring SCP-4XXX, with the only exception of Dr. Saul as he's immune to SCP-4XXX's cognitohazardous effects. (See Incident-4XXX-6A)

Any personnel exposed to photos, video footage or recordings of SCP-4XXX are to be immediately detained and treated with class A amnestics. It is also advised to revoke their access to SCP-4XXX's file and to have them be relocated to a different containment site permanently.
Description:
SCP-4XXX appears to be a humanoid creature, its age and true gender cannot to be determined, although it can switch between the two genders depending on its prey. The subject is able to adjust its appearance in order to appeal to prey and lure them. Heights range from 0.98 meters to 2.12 meters, while mass ranges from 15 kilograms up to 210 kilograms. Further experimentation is required to determine if the subject is invulnerable to physical damage.
Subject's body is similar to an average humanoid with the exception of its skin and its face, its skin is mostly composed out of cameleon-like scales, and its "true" face described as a "gross amalgmation of humanoid features which fit both a male and a female". SCP-4XXX has physical need to perform actions such as eating, sleeping and even taking a shower - similarly to an average human. This suggests it was a normal human before it gained anomalous properties.
SCP-4XXX manipulative behaviour suggests hostility towards the foundation and its personnel. The subject will use anything at its disposal in order to break containment. Subject has the ability to communicate in almost every languange and although the subject shows average-level intellegence, it utilizies an extremely manipulative nature and a dangerous cognitohazardous effect that causes humanoids subjects to be charmed by SCP-4XXX and allows it to telepathically communicate and trade thoughts with its prey (aka humanoids that have been exposed to its cognitohazardous effects).
The cognitohazardous effect will manifest by simply looking at SCP-4XXX's figure or appearance. Whether from a picture, a video footage or a recording, any humanoid exposed to the subject's figure or appearance is to be considered exposed. Each human interprets SCP-4XXX differently based on what they subconsciously think is the absolute perfect partner for them - that includes gender preferences (female or male), the perfect physical appearance, perfect personality, etc.
Subjects that have been exposed to the cognitohazardous effect produced by SCP-4XXX's appearance will now be addressed as SCP-4XXX-1
Shortly after being exposed, SCP-4XXX-1 will most likely imagine SCP-4XXX voice screaming for help, as if it was mistakenly contained. As foolish as it sounds, SCP-4XXX-1 will slowly begin to be charmed by SCP-4XXX, subconsciously helping it break containment procedures such as bringing it metal-made cutlery, extra food and finally, manipulating it into opening its containment cell - allowing it to escape.
On special and very rare occasions, SCP-4XXX displays desire to act and consume prey. It is unknown, when or how those desires manifest. During these special occasions, SCP-4XXX will lure SCP-4XXX-1 into its own cell, offering to perform sexual intercourses together. Before the prey enters its cell, SCP-4XXX will adapt SCP-4XXX-1's perfect partner's appearance.
Once in the cell, both will commit to intimate sexual intercourse. Once SCP-4XXX-1 performs an ejaculation or reaches an orgasm, SCP-4XXX will enter a rage state and will begin to slowly consume it, eventually killing it by [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-4XXX displays massive satisfaction and enjoyment from subduing and consuming prey. In the case that an SCP-4XXX-1 instance exists but SCP-4XXX has no desire to consume a prey, it will simply manipulate SCP-4XXX-1 into helping it break containment.
Experiment-4XXX-3-B:
This experiment was conducted on [DATA EXPUNGED], on containment site [DATA EXPUNGED], by Dr. Saul.
In this experiment, the theory of Dr. Saul will be put to the test. Dr. Saul theorises that SCP-4XXX's appearance is personalized to each different SCP-4XXX-1 instance in order to appeal to prey, lure it and sometimes consume it.
Before being exposed, test subjects will describe their perfect partner. After that, the test subjects will be exposed to SCP-4XXX for a whole minute, and then detained and interviewed to describe it's physical appearance. Once the test is over, they will be treated with class A amnestics.
Subject: D9541
D9541 is an 28 year old male, claims to be an hetrosexual. Describes his perfect partner as a skinny middle-aged female with large breasts, preferably pale white skin, blonde hair and blue eyes.
Result: D9541 claims SCP-4XXX is a skinny middle-aged women, with large breasts, pale white skin, blonde hair and blue eyes. He mentioned she was naked while in the cell.
Test Result: POSITIVE
Subject: D4218
D9541 is an 39 year old female, claims to be an hetrosexual. Describes her perfect partner as a white middle-aged male, with a mature but strong hairline, and muscular body. She also went on to add she prefers her partner to be a christian.
Result: D4218 claims SCP-4XXX is a middle-aged white male, with a strong and mature hairline and a muscular body.
Test Result: POSITIVE
Subject: D2379
D2379 is an 57 year old male, claims to be an hetrosexual. Describes his perfect partner as an older woman, with short and mature hair.
Result: D2379 claims SCP-4XXX is an olive-skinned teenager female with long brown hair. When asked about her reaction, he claimed that she looked mentally broken, and begged for him to help her. He also added that SCP-4XXX just a girl, and that the foundation should "go easy on her" with containment procedures.
Dr.Saul's Notes: So, after checking D2379's personnel file, it appears that he was convicted on 352 charges of pedophilia: sexual abuse, molesting, raping, exploiting child patients, trading childpornography and more. This has to be one of the worst pedophiles of this century. That fuckin' pathological liar told me he was on deathrow for murdering his wife - and the guy wasn't even married!. I'm pretty sure D2379 would prefer a child over an older woman everyday of the damn week, but for now I'm gonna have to classify this as unclear.

Subject: D[DATA EXPUNGED]
D[DATA EXPUNGED] is an [DATA EXPUNGED], claims to be bisexual, describes his perfect partner as an [DATA EXPUNGED] with a [DATA EXPUNGED].
Result: During this experiment, D[DATA EXPUNGED] attacked Dr. Saul. As a result of being assaulted, Dr. Saul was accidentally exposed to SCP-4XXX. Surprisingly, this incident had caused the largest breakthrough relating to SCP-4XXX's cognitohazardous properties.

Addendum - A6-UL: Due to multiple containment breaches, SCP-4XXX's cognitohazardous effect and it's manipulative nature, Dr. Saul, with the help of AI engineer Jones [REDACTED], had created a one-of-a-kind specialized containment AI unit named "A6-UL".
A6-UL can safely monitor SCP-4XXX without any risk of being affected by cognitohazardous effects, since the cognitohazard only affects humanoids. A6-UL can also block any personnel from interacting with SCP-4XXX, feed it without risk, and clean it's cell using a robotic arm connected to the celling of the containment cell.
