Additional Information

After the containment breach in ██/██/████, the Site Managers approved the construction of a Security Checkpoint connecting all sectors of the facility. After the construction of the Security Checkpoint, containment breaches went down by 61% and containment breach injuries went down by nearly 80% during the first year of their usage.

All doors of the Security Checkpoint are steel lined and require a keycard to open. If the sufficent clearance is given, a ding sound will be heard and doors will move up for roughly 5 seconds to pass through1 the doors will close after movement is detected on the other side of the door. If insufficient clearance is presented, a buzzer sound will be heard, and a security guard will assist the personnel in transportation, or if intentionally trying to access an unauthorized area, detain them. The security room hoists cameras recording all checkpoint halls and the hub in order to address threats or incidents quicker. In the event of the use of ARI-500, all checkpoints will be locked down with the exception of Level 3 clearance and above.

Incident Logs

Community Contributions

Most Incident Logs come from me but I am really open to community contributions since this is fun to make. Because of this, here is a template you can make incident logs to send to me:

> **Checkpoint Incident #(number)**

> **Reporter:**

> **Date:** DD/MM/YYYY

> **Report:** (Summarize what happened in a few words)

> <BEGIN LOG>

> **00:00:**

> **00:01:**

> **00:02:** (Feel free to use as many timestamps as you want).

> **Results:** (Put any changes to the facility here, including injuries).
