SCP-5645
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5645 must be kept in a standard containment room with a perimeter of ten (10)m x ten (10) metres [one hundred (100) m2]. No furniture/objects are allowed in the containment chamber except an ultraviolet light hanging above SCP-5645
[access for level two (2) personnel and up]
Description:
SCP-5645 appears to be an aloe barbadensis miller cactus taking on a humanoid shape. Its roots lie in a pot which appears on what seems to be the subject’s leg. Throughout the day it can be seen weeping and calling, Quote: “Please, please send a friend I’m so, so lonely”. When a being of organic matter enters a five (5) metre radius of SCP-5645 it will proceed to prick said person with a thorn (SCP-5645-2) (starting event SCP-5645-3), tests conducted result as the SCP-5645 doesn’t miss. After two weeks, event SCP-5645-3 will result in cactus-like growths on the area that SCP-5645-2 pricked the person. In the following month, SCP-5645-2 will be completely covered in cactus with only their eyes remaining held in place by cactus spines. The product will be SCP-5645-4.
Discovery:
SCP-5645 was discovered after over ████ mysterious disappearances occurred in the ████ desert. Following the disappearances agents were dispatched to the area to reconnoitre the area. After two (2) hours of searching were completed agents found ████ cacti with humanoid shapes (SCP-5645-4) and rotting eyes held in cactus spines. When bowdlerized, perfectly preserved human organs fluctuating inside the cactus fluids were found. After taking the cacti to site ██ researchers returned to find SCP-5645 on the ground weeping.
