Special Containment Procedures: [SCP-3448 is to be incarcerated in a Standard Humanoid Anomaly Containment Cell Type M, with various improvements. As containment is primarily voluntary and SCP-3448’s state of mind and co-operation varies, certain operations are to be met to keep it at least nominally complacent. The cell is to be outfitted with a simple plain bed, a plain desk, both of which is to be bolted to the floor, a set of cheap foldable chairs and a book case. As keeping SCP-3448 complacent is preferable, allowing access to various tools and materials to help express its various hobbies, this allows for more open interviews. These tools and materials are to be of limited use and any requests made by SCP-3448 must go through the relevant researcher and may be approved.
A small one way mirror is to be installed above the desk, this is to be made with shatter-resistant glass and should allow for an un-obstructed view of SCP-3448s activities. Description: [As of ██,██,██ SCP-3448 is a Caucasian male at the age of 18, it has spent the previous 13 years of its current incarnation within confinement. Short brown hair and hazel eyes, It speaks with a mixture of accents, from around the world and some are not recognisable. Based on MRI’s, EEGs, ECGs and various scans, SCP-3448 shows no discernible difference between itself and an average male human of the same age; It has stated on previous interviews that it is “merely human”. It does have various Abnormalities, such as Lung Strain caused by Spontaneous Pneumothorax, such medical abnormalities have resulted in various scaring caused by multiple surgeries.
SCP-3448’s primary anomalous effect only occurs on the point of death, based on scans and accounts from SCP-3448, there is no evidence of anything happening, and SCP-3448 has no memory of said cause. SCP-3448 is in a constant state of reincarnation, this results in another being born at the point of death with all the memories of SCP-3448; This includes all the memories of all its past lives and these manifest themselves occasionally as separate personalities or identities. In one such instance SCP-3448 leapt up from their chair and screamed in Latin; “Alexander servavi, cur me crucias. servavi animam cur occidisti!”, SCP-3448 became drastically volatile and was secured to their bed, the entire time screaming in Latin and cursing Alexander.
SCP-3448 shows an extensive knowledge of many SCP’s that are highly classified, it appears that SCP-3448 has experienced lives that possibly go back as far as the copper age, though it may go further. It has much difficulty mentally and shows many signs of various disorders, such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Dissociative identity disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Paranoid Schizophrenia, dependent personality disorder, Agoraphobia, Cotards Delusion, Avoidant Personality Disorder, Body Integrity Identity Disorder, Athazagoraphobia, more keep becoming apparent over time.]
