SCP-4966 is to be kept under extreme security. Entry to containment unit will be restricted to only personnel authorized by Dr. ██████. SCP-4996 must not be fed anything that has not been instructed to feed it. In the case of a containment breach, first priority is the destruction of the specimen by any means necessary.

Description
SCP-4996 is a man-made organism created to take in DNA from other living organisms from the foundation. This is to study how to deal with different specimen in the case of a containment breach. SCP-4996 is replaced regular basis to study new genes. usually the specimen has bent arms with three curved claws at the end. the specimen may vary in appearance with different DNA added. Ether way, most specimens seem to have somewhat psychokinetic abilities.

The DNA used in the experiments involving SCP-4996 are carefully extracted from the original specimen and added to a new SCP-4996 during creation. Some specimens are unable to be used in experiments due to body structure or being unable to collect DNA without being killed.

Although the specimen is replaced whenever new DNA is added, the new specimen appears to remember what happened to the other before it was replaced. The reason to this is unknown. The original specimen, also known as the "clean" specimen, appears to rule the other specimens of its kind. It also appears to feel pain when another is destroyed.

SCP-4966 seems to get along with a lot of other organisms in the foundation. It is usually able to communicate through telepathy. SCP-4996 also appears to ether be extremely persuasive or is in more power than the other organisms. It has them attack walls simultaneously and other strange activity. Most evidence is to suggest that it is trying to escape.

Once research is complete with SCP-4996, all specimens are to be terminated immediately.
