Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4064 is to be contained in a 5 x 5 x 5 meter cell, with the walls consisting of reinforced steel. SCP-4064 containment chamber has a bed a coffee table. and a sofa. When entering SCP-4064 there should only be 2 Class-D personal allowed to enter locking the door behind them instantly. When Class-D enter, they are to be told not to mention surgery, or to ask it what it does for a living. No direct conversation should be held unless told to by O5 command.
Description: SCP-4064 claims to be an old Doctor that claims by going by the name of Mirko. SCP-4064 is 1 meter and 83 centimetres. SCP-4064 was found at [REDACTED]. who is a professional with a self-taught type of surgery. However, among his coat, SCP-4064 can pull any utensil out. Whether that being a scalpel, sword, bonesaw, or any other thing he wishes to use. This being said, it is unwise to participate in SCP-4064's surgery. The reason for this is that once he begins, it enters a craze where it cannot stop performing surgery. As the hours go on, his surgeries become more erratic. He begins to mutilate his patients more and more. This being said, it shows no hostility towards any other Doctor in the facility. Whether this is because it, itself classifies as a Doctor is unknown. SCP-4064 is currently contained at Site [REDACTED].
SCP-4064 has a huge interest in SCP-035. Reason for this is unknown. It is theorised that he has this interest due to the black substance that oozes out of its crevices. Due to the request of O5 command, it is forbidden that these two SCPs meet if they do meet god knows what would happen.. SCP-4064 also has some knowledge of SCP-049. Whether this is because of a containment breach or previous relations is unknown. The only thing we could get out of SCP-4064 was that if SCP-035 and SCP-049 and itself got together that it has great plans for the future. There have been many attempts to take the coat from SCP-4064 off but many attempts have failed because it couldn't get off.
When we caught SCP-4064 after some time we allowed it to do monthly surgery to keep him satisfied. The people he did surgery on were called SCP-4064-1 and so on.
SCP-4064-1: When SCP-4064 was allowed to do what he pleases with a Class-D. He began with pulling a scalpel out of its coat. He began to mumble words in himself about how he is going to do it while proceeding the surgery. He began to make a cut in Class-D: 99321 throat following he grabbed scissors out of his jacket. He cut the vocal cords out of the Class-D: 99321 not letting him able to speak. SCP-4064 then stitched up the throat. While this was just a small beginning we didn't see anything crazy about it yet. But then it happened. He started to scream in a maniac laugh and was starting to cut off the fingers of Class-D: 99321 he continued with cutting one of his eyes out followed by cutting out the tongue of Class-D: 99321.

Extra credit: I want to give extra credit to "The Black Reaper" for helping me on this SCP. He is a really good friend of mine and I hope we can make more SCP's in the future.
