Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5025 is to never be angered in any manner or form. SCP-5025 must also be allowed to do whatever it wants, either it wants to kill someone or just have some fun. SCP-5025 is to never be forced into a containment cell and may roam any sites freely.

Description:
SCP-5025 is a 6 foot tall humanoid being. SCP-5025 is male with white skin and hair that varies in color at random and has consistency of day, mood, or health. SCP-5025's face is unknown for if wears a mask most of its time. It will occasionally take the mask off but when it does, the face appears as a random person's face, does not matter if the person is dead, alive, or non-existent. SCP-5025's mask appears as a grinning black mask with horns along the side. Rainbow neon streaks run across the mask and form the outlines of the teeth for the grin. The eyes of the mask glow a swirling rainbow color and will burst into flames when SCP-5025 is angered or in a frenzied state. SCP-5025's outfit varies between a magicians attire, with sometimes no undershirt and showing an exposed ribcage with what appears to be a heart inside that is pure black with rainbow cracks. SCP-5025 never talks about the heart. The other outfits of SCP-5025 mostly have sweat pants along with either shirts of black, grey, and white color, or a sweatshirt of the same colors. SCP-5025 always wears black sneakers regardless of the outfit, unless it is in a carpeted room where it will proceed to take the shoes off and toss them into a portal. SCP-5025 is feared because of its infinite properties. SCP-5025 claims to be able to do anything but says that if it showed everything it could do, it would need to end all of existence at some point. SCP-5025 these claims can not be confirmed but what is confirmed for SCP-5025's abilities are:

• Creating portals to a pocket dimension, other dimensions that no one has been in, places on Earth, and a place SCP-5025 calls, "The Afterlife". Information about The Afterlife is unknown but will tried to be brought up in future notes.
• Creating weapons out of objects, thin air, and SCP-5025's own body. Each weapon has destructive capabilities and are seen to be extremely lethal to any creature or being. All weapons are weapons seen throughout history, games, and even fictional one from SCP-5025's own mind
• Deleting entities and objects with a snap of SCP-5025's fingers
• Erasing any memory of all people on Earth or a select few. This makes SCP-5025 even more unsettling because it could get away with anything and no one would remember.
• Firing beams from any part of SCP-5025's body that will disintegrate any material except for what SCP-5025 creates
• Able to create a material that indestructible and can be manipulated by SCP-5025's psychic power.
• Telekinetic powers of all kinds
• Able to create anything it desires
• Able to shapeshift into anything it desire, fictional, living, non-living, or anything it thinks of. This has caused speculation amongst SCP members if the current form is SCP-5025's true form. Most forms appear to be black in color, open ribcage showing a heart, usually giant in nature, and have a split jaw.
• Many others that have been seen but not documented or have been heard but not seen.
• All photos taken of SCP-5025 with his mask or when he is transformed shows nothing in its place. The only time a picture can be taken of SCP-5025 is when he has his mask off, but it will only show the person for the face.

SCP-5025 was first discovered when a portal opened in Site-██ on 4/2/██. SCP-5025 came out of the portal and greeted every onsite personal by name. SCP-5025 then began saying it wished to join the SCP Foundation to help with containing and protecting as long as its procedures were kept.

Addendum:
Addendum 1:
Doctor ██████████ was talking about SCP-5025 with Security guard ████████ in the Staff Lunge. The conversation goes as follows:
Dr: "I hate how everyone fears SCP-5025. He even made everyone call him by his nickname, Eca."
Security guard replied with, "I would keep your voice down. We have no idea what will happen if we anger Eca."
Dr: "Oh, do not be such a weakling. He can not do anything. No one has seen him do anything. He probably just bluffs about his powers. If I had my way I would kick him out or have him nuked."
The Dr then notices the Security guard appears nervous.
Dr: "What? You afraid that me insulting the 'all mighty Eca' would upset him, huh?"
The Security guard then points to something behind the Dr. The Dr turns around and sees Eca, eyes glowing, with his mask displaying a scowl.
Dr: "Wha-"
At this point the Security guard closes his eyes and does not see what happens next. When the Security guard opens his eyes, Eca is gone and the Doctor was torn apart, all of the Doctors limbs were scattered across the room. The Doctors heart was pierced by a spike with a note saying, "Let this be an example of what happens to people who disrespect me."
All personal brought gifts for SCP-5025 the following week and have been very kind to SCP-5025 since then.

Addendum 2:
SCP-5025 was showing some of its abilities to the new onsite researchers. SCP-5025 proceeded to open a portal to show the researchers of The Afterlife. When the portal opened, the dimension was visible to all the researchers present. What was described was an ocean of a black liquid. Amongst this ocean were circular islands, with some having beams of light coming from the clouded sky above. Each island had what appeared to be a person. Some of these figure were dancing and enjoying themselves as it seems. Others were in the dark sitting, doing nothing, or were being punished. SCP-5025 explained this is where the souls of all the beings he kills go to. They are then judged and given the punishment or afterlife they deserve. The happy islands, as they are called, are for souls killed in SCP-5025's presence or killed by him on accident. These souls are innocent in character and are given a great afterlife. The one without a light are ones that have been killed on purpose, for they have angered SCP-5025 and get the punishment they deserve.
