Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in it's cell, (a 5m x 5m x 5m steel cube with a one way mirror) at all times. if its a human or humanoid SCP. Weekly checks for holes and cracks are mandatory. optical tools are authorized to view SCP-XXXX. Security personnel must have a six digit code and go through an infrared sensor to enter and exit the subject's cell. All visits within the subject's cell must be done while the subject is secured with a bag and is cuffed. Security personnel are authorized to use video surveillance and infrared sensors.

Captain █████████: When they added me to the Initial Retrieval team, they said that I would be just retrieving safe SCP's. Just go to the location and return the SCP… Not this, this thing was a monster. They said they discovered a SCP and we needed to contain it. They said it would be safe. They didn't say shit about it being able to shapeshift.
Dr. ███: Can you describe the mission, please?
Captain █████████: Right, my bad. Me and my team had 4 choppers and we were checking in on Lima 4-A who went radio silent for about 20 min. We spotted the teams two choppers and saw the target killing the last team member, but we didn't know that at the time. Its pitch dark outside in a forest and all we saw was the shadow of SCP-XXXX running in the woods. We switched to night vision so we could see and that's when we split up in two groups of 20, that's where we made our first mistake.
Dr. ███:When you say that you made the first mistake what do you mean by that?
Captain █████████:I mean we should've never split up. 1 thing killed 29 people, it picked us off 1 by 1 until you guys sent Lima 4-C and Dr.████ who finally captured it.
Dr. ███:Your report said that SCP-XXXX was able to shapeshift and sound like your commander?
Captain █████████:Yea, it changed at first one group radioed in and said they found a survivor and were bringing him to the chopper. That when things went wrong because about a minute later we started hearing screams to kill it and we heard gunfire. I stayed in the house to go call it in to you guys that we found the SCP and that it's hostile. This is when the target came running at my team in the form of our commander yelling about something.
Dr. ███:Was this when SCP-XXXX began to kill the groups?
Captain █████████:Yea most of the team[Interviewed now pauses for a second before continuing] sorry. it's just they were like family to me.
Dr. ███:It's ok.
Captain █████████:Yea well most of the group probably looked at our commanders face when he was talking to them, we're told to always look at the commander's face when he's talking as a show of respect.
Dr. ███: Can you go into more detail please?
Captain █████████: Alright, when most of the team looked at it, it shapeshifted into what i'm guessing people the team cared about. I heard Tom yell to not shoot that he saw his mom.
Dr. ███:What do you mean he saw his mom, I thought the subject could only shapeshift into people it sees.
Captain █████████:I don't know on the comms they were saying that he said he saw his mom and stood in front of it trying to shield it.
Dr. ███: Is this when the SCP attacked Tom?
Captain █████████: I'm guessing because after that they were yelling that it got Tom and that he was dead.
Dr. ███:Is this when the rest of your group opened fire?
Captain █████████:Yes I stayed in the house calling for Lima 4-C to get to the pick up site. I could hear the gunshots and they were warning us to not look at its face.
Dr. ███:Ah yes after the test on the subject we established that you can look at the subject's face but not its eyes. We don't know why but when it shapeshifts it will be identical to the person but its eyes stay pitch black and when it's looked at the subject will begin to cry black tears. You can continue when ready by the way.
Captain █████████: Alright well after I told Lima 4-C to get there and then I made my way to the last group out in the woods.
Dr. ███:Is this when you started hearing voices of your daughter?
Captain █████████:Yes [pauses] I heard her voice back where my group was. I was going to make my way there to check it out but something in my gut told me not to because it was a trick.
Dr. ███:Is this when the voice began to sound scared that she needed your help right away.
Captain █████████:Yea the bastard I almost fell for it too. I was so close to turning around but I began to say on comms that I was coming to them and to not look or trust anyone from the other groups. I said that I was the only survivor from the other group.
Dr. ███:Is this when you heard Mr. Samson say on comms that he was going to the helicopter to use the M134 is it?
Captain █████████: Yea Drew was still alive because he took a piss before the whole mess happened and when he came back he heard them say to not look at its face so he ran to the helicopter and got the minigun loaded the clip and sprayed the thing. When I heard the minigun firing I thought it was over that we won.
Dr. ███: Was it taking any damage
Captain █████████:It seemed like it was because he said that the head was gone, all that was left was its skull and then he said that it fell to the ground and wasn't moving.
Dr. ███:What happened after it fell to the ground?
Captain █████████:After it fell to the ground Drew threw the minigun down and was going to secure it and put the chains and bag over its head.
Dr. ███:Is this when it got back up and killed Drew?
Captain █████████:Yea after Drew finished his sentence we could hear him choking and gagging and that's when he went silent.
Dr. ███:His death wasn't in vain as what he did helped retrieval team zulu-4-C secure it without it trying to attack them.
Captain █████████: That's good to hear in all but it won't bring him back. He will just join the long list of casualties under the foundation
Dr. ███: Again I am truly sorry for what happened to your team [Pauses] But thank you for your cooperation in this interview and I believe we are done here.
[Chairs are heard moving, and footsteps leave the room. Captain █████████ is confirmed to have left Interview Room 14.]
Dr. ███: Let this be known that I am requesting SCP-XXXX be terminated as soon as possible as it poses a great threat to civilization.
