Item #: SCP-3396
Object Class: Safe Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3396 is not currently located, but it is believed to be somewhere within P█████, Wyoming. Due to the little information we have about SCP-3396 the containment procedure is that SCP-3396 must be placed in a strong, yet easy to access container with a electromagnetic base to prevent the "Loyalty" effect to kick in. In the event of a containment breach, staff must use neodymium magnets to draw SCP-3396 back to containment. Multiple magnets are needed to contain SCP-3996 due to the fact that some magnets fly up along with or get shattered by SCP-3396. Failure in containing SCP-3996 will result in SCP-3996-2 having possession over SCP-3996. This has happened only once and containment has been unsuccessful since.
Description: SCP-3996 is a small, rusted 5 mm Allen Key that was found on █/██/20██ in a "Set" of seven keys that was taken into containment. With lab testing, only one of the seven was found to have supernatural abilities. 17 days later SCP-3996 caused a containment breach, which was one of █ breaches in the past 17 days, it resulted in capturing SCP-3996-2. SCP-3996-2 is a teenage adolescent who commonly wears checkered clothing over a random T-Shirt that is a different color. he has blonde hair and wears jeans. SCP-3996-2 can hold out his hand in a certain position, causing the Key to return to his left hand. SCP-3996-2 calls this "Loyalty", which is apparently from video game █████████. SCP-3996 and SCP-3996-2 together can cause a end-of-the-world-scenerio, hence the frantic need to contain the two.
Addendum: > Interviewed: SCP-3996-2
Interviewer: Dr. ████████
Foreword: SCP-3996-2 is sitting in the interrogation room, handcuffed to a chair, struggling to break free.
Interviewer: Mr. L█████, I Presume?
Person: (Straining) Please, call me Auto
Person: (No longer straining) Alright, Shoot.
Person: Well it ain't a magnet or anything, its just every time I hold my hand like this (Pause, then sounds of a metallic ring floods through the halls, rising in sound slowly. it grows to a certain point where the audio log cuts out, ending the tape)
Closing Statement: SCP-3396 then escaped his handcuffs, and escaped the facility. He caused the allen key to fly at a very alarming rate and grabbed onto it, causing him to fly away after yelling "See you later, dickwads". Before escaping entirely, he hit cell tower ██, letting out a pronounced yelp, and grew silent as he flew ████ at a alarming rate. When the key reunited with his hand, it seemed to "Shed its rust" onto the floor.
