SCP - X is to be kept in a Standard Humanoid Containment Cell. Physical contact is not to be made. Do not refer SCP - X as anything other than its SCP number. In the case of a containment breach, execute lethal force, especially targeting the brain, lungs, and heart.
SCP - X appears to be human of mixed ethnicity. They stand at approximately 5'11". In between their shoulder blades is a tattoo black rectangle, its dimensions being 12 in x 7.5 in.
Prolonged exposure to SCP - X will cause one to forget their identity. This takes approximately three to five hours of continuous exposure. This is not effective if either party is unconscious. If exposure is not complete, memory will restore itself completely within one hour.
SCP - X refers to themself with the same name and gender as the last person who completely lost their identity to them.
After completely forgetting their identity, there are X amount of stages that follow.
Stage 1
They will at first be functional, but any attempt to remember up or remember any personal information will fail. Attempts to remind them of said details will be unsuccessful. They will become disconnected from the conversation until the attempts to reengage their memory stops. This stage takes three days to one week after exposure to SCP - X.
