SCP-6000 or, “Epileptic Smile”

Class: Keter

Description: This Entity is quite humanoid, and is 10 feet tall, has long outstretching arms that reaches its ankles, and long legs. It’s head is medium-sized and has a long creepy smile with big bulging eyes. Half of its body is just a plain glowing black, but the other half is colorful and has a sort of “glitchy” effect.
Not much is known about this SCP, just that when anybody stares at its face for too long, they go insane. When they kill, which they sometimes do, they take their long clawed hands and swipe at the victim’s face until they perish.
It has one little weakness; if you can somehow disable its head (e.g. chop it off) it will be immediately rooted to the spot and will frantically claw at its neck as it tries to regrow it.
If you try to kill it, which is difficult, you will fail and it will kill you. Chopping of its limbs has no effect, as it will just regrow them.
This SCP actually has a voice, but none have heard it and lived to tell the tale. It will mimic voices and sounds to draw in humans in order to kill them. If their victim is deaf, they will pulse their body to create light in order to draw them in.
Their true voice will stop their victims’ hearts.
