SCP-23963 does not have any containment procedures unless a containment breach or power outage/surge is to occur.
During a power outage/surge SCP-23963 will not move if it’s in 1 yard distance from any affected area. When this happens SCP-23963 is to be placed in it’s holding cell.
SCP-23963 will start moving again after 10 minutes when the power goes back to normal.
During a containment breach SCP-23963 is to immediately be put in it’s holding cell and is to be guarded by two security personnel inside and out.
Description:
SCP-23963 is a british female humanoid entity with blond hair and average build.
She commonly asks to be called ZBW or bw or just SCP-23963.
SCP-23963 doesn't use its original name but is only annoyed when it is called by it’s old name.
Few Personnel know her real name.

Scp-23963 said it caused it ,when asked why it answered “sadly i'm not really her but i have most of her memories and i feel that she would not like me to steal her name. It’s hers not mine.“
SCP-23963 was made when a former {REDACTED} personnel was fixing the electrical system for the building when a huge power surge happened while it was touching the main console
When security came to check the scp was sitting against the far west wall.
During questioning SCP()% was calm and corpertive until security personnel {REDACTED} said its name former name which prompted SCP() to respond i’m sorry but she’s gone. I somehow took residence in her when the power surge happened. From what I can tell I am the database for the foundation but in a body. I don't remember anything before i took residence in her body.
SCP-23963 was then taken to a interview room with Doctor Gears.

Interview segment-1
DR: Do you know why your here?
SCP: To be contained since i could be dangerous.
DR: What do you know about yourself?
SCP: Besides the data they gave you about what happened i have real time access to all scp information personal information and documentation.
I also know that due to reasons unknown i can't be disposed by normal means anyways.
DR: Why do you say that?
SCP: I just know that if i am terminated by human standards somehow i will appear somewhere in the facility the same as before my termination. The only ways i can be permanently deleted is a shock equal to a lightning bolt or if all instances of me in the system is deleted.
DR: Anything else?
SCP: Yes, this body won't change the way i can explain it is all biological functions has been permanently paused from the moment of me arriving.
I also have control to any computerized functions of the facility.
DR: Could you demonstrate?
SCP: All right you will find out soon.
DR: That's all i needed so you can go back to your cell.
SCP: Actually i have a few quest-
{the door to the interview opens as an O5 comes in}
O5: I was asked to report to you Doctor Gears.
DR: By who?
SCP: Me. I sent a message on the directory asking for him to report here to you.
DR: Um.. You can go back to what you were doing. {the doctor pushes him out}
SCP: Impressed?
DR: To be honest, yes.
SCP: Like i was saying. I would like to keep working, I am asking you because I can do it either way and i know i could be quite useful.
DR: Um.. I'll see what we can do.
SCP: If it’s all right i’d like to build a house close to the fondation so i can technically have a home. You can create whatever you need to make sure i don't leave.
DR: i don't think we can but i can try to have the foundation to respond to you more like any employ would.
SCP: I can accept that.
DR: Well thank you for understanding.
SCP: Can't wait to help.
