Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be contained in a cell with a bed, and a refrigerator with protein supplements. A necklace with SCP-XXXX-2 attached to it is to be put around SCP-XXXX-1's neck.

Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a 26-year-old two-spirit¹ human of Navajo and North African descent who has an anomalous ability to put out fires and melt ice. This ability has saved numerous people's lives, but caused frustration from others. SCP-XXXX-1 has an interest in science, but is questioning how its abilities defy basic human biology.

SCP-XXXX-2 is a two-piece newborn pacifier, that allows SCP-XXXX-1 to control its abilities. Despite SCP-XXXX-1 being an adult, it hasn't shown any signs of being worn down from SCP-XXXX-1's adult teeth, and SCP-XXXX-1 has good dental hygiene. If SCP-XXXX-2 isn't suckled on within 10 minutes of its user being upset or showing anger, then the user's abilities will become uncontrollable, putting out all fires and melting all ice within a 2-mile radius.
