Discovered by: Dr. Gaol
Name Given: Zookeeper
Description: A humanoid entity wearing an agal, thawb, sirwal, gloves, and a smooth black material that covers the face and majority of the head; the vendor leaves no part of its body exposed and occasional writhing can be seen under its sirwal. The entity is unable to write (save for the words "Zoo" and "Zookeeper" in English) or speak, but has a novice understanding of ASL. The vendor is very polite and has a bubbly personality, but has displayed delayed reaction time during transactions.
Common items sold:
- A collection of pamphlets and placards detailing various anomalous animals located in an unspecified zoo. A large portion of these animals match SCP entities in Foundation custody, with a select few under Wilson's Wildlife Solutions jurisdiction.
- Taxidermy creatures which do not resemble any species in the Foundation Extended Species Catalogue, any animal in the previously mentioned pamphlets, any cataloged or hypothesized SK-BIO organism, or any organism produced from SCP-1112-RU-3 experimentation. Each of the taxidermies are visually unique from one another.
- Instances of SCP-1420.
- Healthy adult seagulls wearing tags reading "Used Vessel/Steed." Occasionally, a black amorphous entity protruding from a portal on a seagull's back appears assisting the vendor; this entity thinks very highly of the vendor.
- Robotics and AI characteristic of Anderson Robotics products. All exhibit corruption by EoI-26112715, but none exhibit possession symptoms typical of infection and are noncontagious. All AI display aggressive, but nonviolent personalities.
Item Description: A sheet of paper with an altered Foundation insignia printed on it. Written on the back is the following: "DoA? more like Dick on Ass"
Date Of Recovery: ██-██-████

Item: SCP-1437
Tissue Test Record:
Tissue sample fell down SCP-1437 without any incident.
Termination Test Record: See log.
<00:00:00> SCP-682 was incapacitated and thrown down SCP-1437. A provisional site was set up incase of reemergence.
<01:03:23> A large glass object, identified as SCP-682, was expelled from SCP-1437. Hi-speed surveillance cameras identified SCP-682 flailing its body, despite its glass-like composition, and partially filled with a red liquid presumed to be blood. As the object fell back down, it collided with the edge of SCP-1437, obliterating the front half as the rear-end of the object continued to fall down SCP-1437. SCP-682 began rapidly regenerating from the shattered glass and splattered blood. The remaining SCP-682 matter was promptly pushed back down SCP-1437 using three on-site bulldozers.
<04:16:24> A hive composed of an organic material with black and orange coloration, identified as SCP-682, slowly emerged from SCP-1437, being carried by large flying insects, also identified as SCP-682. SCP-682's hive resembled an animal of the genus Alligator, and covered in holes of varying diameters. The insects carrying the hive resembled those of the genus Musca and had sharpened forelimbs, vertebratic eyes instead of compound eyes, and a set of mandibles composed of enamel. The size of the SCP-682 insects corresponded to the size of the holes. SCP-682 quickly began attacking on-site personnel and gathering resources from the surrounding area (Foundation materials and the environment). Resources brought into the hive caused it to grow in size and show signs of movement. Close-range combat with SCP-682 was complicated by a second type of insect, resembling the genus Scutigera, emerging from the hive. These insects had no visible eyes and were not observed to fully exit the hive, only extending up to 2.5 meters away from it. SCP-682 began overpowering on-site personnel until the insects carrying the hive were fired upon and destroyed. The second insects grabbed on to the edge of SCP-1437 before SCP-682 fell down. Five on-site bulldozers were used to force SCP-682 down SCP-1437. The remaining SCP-682 insects either followed the hive into SCP-1437 or were incapacitated by personnel.
<13:12:07> A round mechanical device, identified as SCP-682, was expelled from SCP-1437. Shortly after landing, several vents opened on the object and began releasing a corrosive gas. SCP-682 split open, starting from the top, revealing a mouth of jagged, gold colored teeth. SCP-682 began shouting obscenities as tubes and pipes emerged from it, piercing and converting the ground into titanium. An on-site bulldozer quickly pushed the object back down SCP-1437 before melting. The corrosive gas dissipated after 20 minutes.
<19:07:48> A 20 meter tall pillar of plasma, identified as an appendage of SCP-682, erupted from SCP-1437. The pillar took on the appearance of a reptilian limb and destroyed the surrounding provisional site, which was observed from Area-██. SCP-682's appendage withdrew back into SCP-1437.
<27:20:00> SCP-682 was expelled from SCP-1437. The object's appearance was more in line with its baseline state, aside from having a bulkier body and shorter snout. Imbedded throughout SCP-682's body were various spears, swords, and other types of weapons. SCP-682 was promptly returned to containment.

- Reality Description: SCP-1985 arrived in a massive stone labyrinth consisting of hallways approximately 3.5 meters wide and 12 meters tall. The labyrinth appeared to be carved from a single seamless type of material, with no cracks observed during the entirety of SCP-1985's excursion. The lack of any observable light source required use of a Foundation-issue flashlight. SCP-1985's exploration of this reality remained uneventful until it encountered an object possessing cognitohazardous and/or unknown anomalous properties, resulting in the damage of SCP-1985's inbuilt recording and communication equipment. Remaining footage of the object was too blurry to decipher or remained cognitohazardous, but after-action report from SCP-1985 described the object as a stained-glass window, imbedded into one of the walls, with light shinning through it. SCP-1985 was unable to identify the image on the window, due to fear of mind-altering effects from prolonged exposure. SCP-1985 was able to resist the cognitohazard but claims it gave it the urge to [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-1985 describes encountering two other anomalous objects: a red organic cube protruding out of a wall, and a large presumably mechanical object SCP-1985 observed moving across a hallway in the distance. After three days, SCP-1985 came across a large square room, with the only features being an unknown object hanging 3 meters off the ground1 and a large hole underneath it, emitting yellowish-green light and producing sawtooth beeps. SCP-1985 describes approaching the hole and looking down it, but is unable to remember what was down the hole and what happened afterwards; it is presumed this lead to its death as SCP-1985 manifested in baseline reality around this time.

Special Containment Procedures:
Description: SCP-xxxx refers to two types of anomalous entities, designated SCP-xxxx-A and SCP-xxxx-B:
SCP-xxxx-A is a sentient, gaseous entity hypothesized to be either a Type 3E2 Phantasmic Entity, or a 4-Dimensional thought-form gestalt consciousness.[[footnote]An entity
SCP-xxxx-B are a group of 53 adult wild boars, all of which are either sterile or infertile. SCP-xxxx-B are genetically similar to non-anomalous boars and display the same behavior and dietary needs as one. SCP-xxxx-B only display anomalous behavior during a hunting state, wherein they undergo a radical change of anatomy and physiology; this transformation does not appear to cause SCP-xxxx-B any discomfort.
In this transformed state, SCP-xxxx-B anatomically resemble human children, with heights ranging from 1.1m to 1.3m, and the absence of sensory organs, genitals, and orifices; the fur of SCP-xxxx-B remains unaltered. Because the mass of individual SCP-xxxx-B instances does not change while transforming, it is hypothesized their internal organs distort in order to fit their new form.

The smell of jolly love and hateful lust filled the air of the red and white city as its court partook in endless pleasure under the black stars of the yellow night sky. A tertachrome mass of figures writhed in ecstasy and pain as jubilant music played in the distance, growing louder and louder until it became a thundering roar. The court briefly paused their hedonistic activities to clear a path for the blood parade, not out of the politeness of manners but so as to not be crushed underfoot.
The parade banged drum heads made of human skin, and blew into trumpets made of bone.

Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: [SCP-XX74-A containment]
SCP-XX74-B is to be kept within a stable at Site-151's zoology sector. SCP-XX74-B requires feeding and care typical to a non-anomalous horse.
SCP-XX74-A and -B are permitted weekly interaction with each other in order to reduce stress.
Description: SCP-XX74 refers to a predatory extra-dimensional entity and a non-anomalous gelding horse, designated SCP-XX74-A and SCP-XX74-B respectively.
SCP-XX74-A is a non-Euclidean organism,4 appearing as a mass of tendrils5 with a striped coloration of dark purple and mauve. The object's tendrils are constantly moving, and due to its non-Euclidean nature, often pass through each other; the tips of tendrils can appear to be the base of others when viewed from a different angle. SCP-XX74-A has a base height of 1.9 m but can extend to a height of 2.3 m, with individual tendrils capable of extending 4.6 m.
If presented with meat or exposed animal tissue, numerous tendrils will part to reveal a mouth located somewhere within its mass. Its mouth is positioned sideways and measures 1.3 m by 0.5 m, possesses sharp white teeth, no lips, with the inside of its mouth and throat having a mauve coloration. SCP-XX74-A is unable to consume anything besides human and ovine meat, subsequently vomiting any offending substance. SCP-XX74-A has not produced any waste since its initial containment.
SCP-XX74-A wears a large helm in the design of a viking helmet. The helm possesses seventeen holes along the rim, allowing SCP-XX74-A's tendrils to secure it to its mass.
SCP-XX74-B is an adult Boerperd.6 SCP-XX74-B displays an unusual lack of fear towards SCP-XX74-A and is obedient to it. Within the object's nervous system is an unidentified protein originating from SCP-XX74-A. The object features a swollen, purple wound on the left side of its torso. SCP-XX74-B is non-anomalous in all other regards.
Discovery History: SCP-XX74 was first brought to the Foundation's attention following a report of a "purple monster" attacking a stable and stealing a horse in

Item #: SCP-4087
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4087 is currently uncontainable. MTF Delta-98 ("Schrödinger's Hole")7 is to monitor SCP-4087 via implanted camera equipment and a tracking system attached to SCP-4087 via dermal implant.8 Along with a camera and implant, SCP-4087 has a large explosive device attached to itself from previous incidents that can be remotely activated from Dimensional Site-97. The explosive, tracking implant, and camera are made of an anomalous steel alloy unable to be consumed by SCP-4087. This alloy is immune to extra-dimensional radiation and is much stronger than conventional steel alloy, due to higher Hume values and specific use of SCP-████. Due to this, the alloy acts as a "self sustaining reality anchor".
In the event SCP-4087 enters our reality, Protocol Epsilon-38 is to take full effect. Procedures of Protocol Epsilon-38 is as follows:
- SCP-4087's position is to be traced and located. Once SCP-4087 has been located, the explosive device on its back is to be detonated.
- Once SCP-4087 is incapacitated by the device, it will go into a state of shock, and will retreat back to it's home reality. If SCP-4087 exhibits any change from this set of behavior after being incapacitated, specifically if SCP-4087 attempts to consume more matter, all efforts should be made to contain SCP-4087 and keep it inert until this behavior resumes.
In the event protocol fails, all civilian population centers within 50 kilometers are to be evacuated.
MTF Delta-98 during Protocol Epsilon-38.
Description: SCP-4087 is a large, interdimensional entity resembling Lumbricus terrestris9. SCP-4087's skin absorbs 99.98% of all wavelengths of light, and does not appear on all forms of spectrometers, despite the fact that SCP-4087 can be viewed by the naked eye. SCP-4087 "consumes" reality, leaving behind absolutely nothing. SCP-4087's speed varies between 100-200 km/h.
SCP-4087 is capable of multi-universal transportation via Class-A wormholes. These wormholes will typically close after 2 hours, however, SCP-4087 has shown it is able to close wormholes it produces if being pursued. Matter consumed by SCP-4087 will cease to exist entirely, and will instead be replaced by an unidentified material, which is presumed to be of similar composition to SCP-4087 itself. SCP-4087 seems to operate on a set of laws of physics distinct from our own. For example:
- SCP-4087 does not obey the laws of gravity.
- SCP-4087 is able to regenerate quickly over a course of about 15 minutes, and seemingly requires no energy for it.
- SCP-4087 does not need energy from food to function. Subsequently, SCP-4087 does also not need to "eat" realities to function, and seems to automatically consume matter it contacts.
SCP-4087 possesses very basic signs of intelligence, and has displayed a "fight, flight, or freeze" response to entities that act hostile towards it. Very little is known about the reality from which SCP-4087 originates, or how it was created. Exploration attempts are currently underway.
Addendum: On January 2nd, 2022, exploration of the dimension which SCP-4087 originated from commenced.10
Video Exploration Log 1 2078#-4087:
Forward: During an incident involving SCP-4087, D-091283 was dispatched into a Class-A wormhole. D-091283 was provided with three flashlights, ten batteries, and a backpack containing five days worth of supplies. D-091283 wore a jumpsuit and camera laced with an anomalous steel alloy unable to be consumed by SCP-4087.
(D-091283 can be seen entering a large wormhole produced by SCP-4087)
D-091283: I'm in Doc, what now?
Dr. Roman: D-091283, can you hear me?
D-091283: Yea. Lord, where the hell am I?
Dr. Roman: Please describe your location.
D-091283: Yeah yeah, it's like, what, Egypt? Looks a lot like Egypt, except it's not. Everything is grey and black and, distorted…
Dr. Roman: Please activate your video feed.
D-091283 does as he is told. Camera activates, revealing an open desert.
Dr. Roman: Interesting. Please continue forward.
D-091283 continues for 15 minutes until a large structure is observed in the distance.
D-091283: Is that the Eiffel Tower…? It's not colored grey like the rest of this place, it looks, unnatural. There's a border here, looks like someone just took a completely different piece of land and just stuck it here.
Dr. Roman: That's strange. Have you seen any living things since you have arrived here?
D-091283: Now that you mention it, no, I haven't. Everything seems dead here. No plants, no animals.
Dr. Roman: Alright, pl-
A large wormhole opens in front of D-091283, and SCP-4087 is seen emerging. Gunshots and shouting in an unidentified language can be heard coming from the wormhole. D-091283 begins shouting expletives.
The wormhole SCP-4087 emerged from closes and SCP-4087 quickly flies away, opens another wormhole, and enters it.
Dr. Roman: D-091283, please remain calm.
D-091283: (D-091283 begins to breath heavily) What the hell was that?
Dr. Roman: Nevermind that. Were you able to observe where the entity went?
D-091283: I don't know, but it's gone now.
The tracker on SCP-4087's back confirms it has not entered our reality.
Dr. Roman: Okay, D-091283, what are you current surroundings?
D-091283: Hold on, let me look aroun- huh? That- the thing dropped something.
D-091283's camera feed displays an object resembling SCP-2207, but with red coloration.
Dr. Roman: Please insert the object into your bag and continue walking.
D-091283: Alright- wait- doc? I can see something in the distance, I think it's a person!
Dr. Roman: A person? Please describe it's appearance.
D-091283: Uh, I think it's seen me. It's getting closer. Ok, ok, it looks kinda like a human. But it's eyes are black. I think it's trying to speak to me.
A loud voice can be heard in an unknown dialect.
Unknown: (Indecipherable)
D-091283: Hey! Hey you! What!?
Another entity can be seen approaching D-091283.
D-091283: Uh doc, there's more of them. Holy- holy shit is that me? Are those copies of me? What the- this this-
Dr. Roman: D-091283? D-091283 do you copy?
D-091283: Holy shit- they're coming they're coming they're coming- they're fucking all running towards me- SHIT SHIT SH-

Remarks: After 48 hours with no communication, D-091283 is presumed lost.
Item #: SCP-3911
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: Contained instances of SCP-3911 are to be incinerated in a quarantined Off-Site location unless specified by an individual of level-3 clearance or above. To ensure the complete destruction of all spores, the remains of incinerated instances of SCP-3911 are to be mixed in with concrete and contained in warehouse 127-B. Instances of SCP-3911 that are preserved for testing are to be regarded as a Level-2 biohazard. Medical records and police reports in areas where SCP-3911 has been known to be found are to be monitored for keywords relating to SCP-3911, and a full list of keywords can be found on document 134-F.
Description: SCP-3911 is the collective designation for a species of parasitic fungus bearing similarities to organisms in the Neocallimastigomycota phylum. A fully grown specimen of SCP-3911 consists of a main body portion stored within a host object, and a vast quantity of tendril like growths capable of rudimentary movements and rapid growth, with an average circumference of one micrometer, extending from the main body into the body of the secondary host. The structure of SCP-3911's tendrils roughly mirrors that of the secondary host's nervous system. Instances of SCP-3911 go through six distinct stages in their life.
During stage 1 instances of SCP-3911 disperse from their parent fungi as spores and seek out a host item. Items that have previously been recorded as serving as host items include glasses, contact-lenses, hearing-aids, nasal strips, and other sensory aids. SCP-3911's methods for identifying and discerning host objects are currently unknown. Instances of SCP-3911 typically expire within 72 hours of dispersal if a host object is not found.
Stage 2 consists of SCP-3911's integration into its host object. Only 9% of instances successfully acquire and integrate themselves into a host object. The location and size of SCP-3911 during stage 2 is reflective of the host object. For instance, in glasses, SCP-3911 typically consumes and replaces the majority of the inside bulk of the frames with its central body mass and tendrils, but in contact-lenses SCP-3911 has been observed digesting and replacing only a minimal section of the lenses around the edge, as well as possessing disproportionately small tendrils. This noticeable size difference does not seem to have a significant effect on the speed or effectiveness of SCP-3911's progress through future steps.
Stages 3 through 6 will not occur unless a human11 being uses SCP-3911's host item in its intended fashion for a period of time exceeding 15 minutes. If this occurs, SCP-3911 will begin to root its tendrils within the body of its secondary host12 and connect with the nervous system of the human. If a human being does not use SCP-3911's host item, SCP-3911 will expire within 96 hours of completely consuming its host objects.
In stage 4 the tendril like structures begin sapping nutrients from the host's body. Additionally, the tendrils begin improving the functionality of whatever sensory organ the host item is associated with. This is achieved by sections of SCP-3911's tendrils acting as extra muscles, redirecting approximately 33% of the nutrients sapped from the host's body directly to the cells of the sensory organ, as well as several seemingly anomalous processes that augment the capabilities of specialized structures in sensory organs, such as increasing the photosensitivity of cones in the eyes. It is theorized that the intended effect of this is that secondary hosts will draw the connection between their increased sensory performance and the host object, and continue the use of the host object as a result. In the scenario that the secondary host does remove the host object, the section of SCP-3911 residing within the host object will split from the tendrils13 and remain inactive until being used by the original individual, where it will reconnect with the tendrils.
From stage 5 and on, SCP-3911 exhibits hazardous anomalous effects. Instances of SCP-3911 that have progressed to stage 5 begin developing unique anomalous cells on their tendrils. When fully developed, cells begin reconstituting the atoms of previously absorbed nutrients into Silica Aerogel14. These nutrients include those previously used in the augmentation of sensory organs. After stage 5, any attempts to remove SCP-3911's host object will result in the tendril system releasing the Silica Aerogel material around the secondary host's nervous system. Due to the Silica Aerogel's exceptionally high electrical resistance, this results in the secondary host's nervous system sending out reduced electrical impulses. Early symptoms of stage 5 include reduced acuity in some or all senses15. However, removal of the host object late into stage 5 and in stage 6 will result in the complete elimination of all sensory perception, leaving no way for secondary hosts to sense any kind of stimuli. These adverse affects can be reversed by recontinuing use of a host object.
Instances of SCP-3911 in stage 6 are considered to be fully matured. During stage 6 instances of SCP-3911 will produce anywhere between 20,000 to 50,000 individual spores, and then slowly release these spores over a course of 72 hours. After releasing all of its spores, an instance of SCP-3911 has roughly a 25% chance of perishing. If the instance survives, they will restart stage 6. If the instance expires, the secondary host will suffer from a complete lack of sensory perception, unless infected by a new instance of SCP-3911. It is important to note that the "death" of an instance only applies to the main body, as the tendril structure will merely go into its dormant state. If SCP-3911 is artificially supplemented with extra nutrients, the chances of SCP-3911 perishing drop dramatically.
History: SCP-3911 was discovered by authorities during a raid on an abandoned [DATA REDACTED] eyewear warehouse in Malaysia, after several individuals reported possible cult activity.
After several members of the police force involved in the raid began to develop seemingly anomalous enhanced sensory perception, Foundation personnel launched an investigation. Documents found within the warehouse and Foundation testing later confirmed the anomalous nature of SCP-3911 and all instances were confiscated. Amnestics were administered appropriately without incident.
The interior of the warehouse was covered in graffiti, of which the majority were words relating to the five senses, and a supposed sixth one.
The following is a document (translated from Malay) found within the abandoned warehouse.
To my Dear Searchers of Malaysia,
When I heard of your discovery, I cried with joy. We have finally been blessed with what we have been searching for for years. With this gift we can help the masses that have not had the privilege of being being born with the door to the sixth sense (praise be) unlocked and beckoning. As Brother Tengku can tell you firsthand, the loss of one of the holy senses makes you that much more strong in the others. Our previous attempts to use this principle with the sixth sense (praise be) yielded success, but our admittedly crude methods had their drawbacks. With this godsend, our Erebus, we can finally raise up those less fortunate among our ranks. Stay hopeful, for a leg of The Search for the Sixth Sense has ended! We shall emerge from the darkness to bask in the light, so says the Prophet of the Sixth!
With much joy,
The Third Father
Addendum 3911-1: Documents detailing events such as the Foundation investigation and the police raid dated two weeks prior to any police involvement have been discovered in a hidden safe at the discovery site of SCP-3911, along with a letter detailing [DATA EXPUNGED], which was apparently written with the intention of it being discovered by Foundation personnel. An investigation into the means used to discover this information is currently ongoing, and the acquisition of any information regarding the current location of any individuals connected of the potential GoI "Searchers of Malaysia" or the PoI referred to as The Third Father is of utmost importance.
