Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5228 is to be chained to the roof of a 3x3x3 meter kennel-like cell in Area 17. SCP-5228 Shall be treated like a normal cat and talked to like any other cat to avoid any attempts at a containment breach. If SCP-5228 succeeds in a Containment Breach all available Nine-Tailed Fox must be dispatched to apprehend and re-secure SCP-5228. SCP-5228 Must remain under 24-Hour surveillance until further notice due to past attempts at a Containment Breach.

Description: “Hector” 5228 or SCP 5228 is a humanoid figure who takes the form of a Black and White cat with a red collar on. SCP-5228's eyes are Jet black with no pupils. If any one being human or other stares at 5228’s eyes for 8 seconds 5228 will become hostile and attempt to rip the beings throat out. SCP-5228 has a sense of pride and self respect which, if insulted can cause the cat to A. attempt a containment breach or B. attack the one who did the insult.
