“The magic man”

“The magic man” is a human with the ability to open portals that lead to unknown dimensions. It is extremely hostile to whoever attempts to enter it’s portals. He will close the portal on whoever enter it’s portals. Sometimes it will even come into the portal along with who/what comes into it portal. It will then attempt to maul it’s target. It is capable of things a normal person would be able to do like human speech, although it is not a human. It does not need food of any sort to live.
There has been no sign of hostility unless someone/something attempts to enters it’s portals. He is humanoid creature with facial features. He has blue skin, ragged yellow clothing and is mostly happy. He is basically also invulnerable to physical damage but takes insults rather seriously.
Special containment procedures are allowing him to bring class-D subjects with it into it’s portal. Subjects will be kept alive by it as long as subjects have gained permission by it to go into it’s portal. It will let subjects out of it’s portal after a few hours. Subjects who came out will be completely delusional. It is kept in a secure room and is monitored at all times at site*data expunged*.
No data about inside it’s portals have been gathered because so far, every recorded subject to have entered these portals have either come out delusional or not leave the portals at all.

Interviewer: Hello doctor, please be seated.
Wright: Alright.
Interviewer: Are you prepared for the questioning?
Wright: Yes.
Interviewer: Alright, let us not waste anymore time. When was SCP-7839 first introduced to the foundation?
Wright: Well… It was a while back, around the 1950’s and the 1960’s.
Interviewer: All right, next question. Who first discovered the SCP?
Wright: It was mister *Data expunged*, he was discovered back in his hometown, his own townsmen saw him, staring at them with wild eyes, muttering something about a “Magic man”. Several villagers ventured into the forest, none returned. It was at this point when we were informed about it, and managed to contain it.
Interviewer: Okay, can you describe what his room looks like please.
Wright: It looked very childish. Along the walls were crayon drawings, of creatures such as unicorns. I asked him why he drew such mythical creatures and he replied with “What?!? Your dimension doesn’t have them?! No wonder you’re all so serious.” And then he burst into maniacal laughter.
Interviewer: So, does anything ever come out of his portals?
Wright: There was only one instance, where a strange snakelike beast came out of one of his portals. It is currently being contained and tested on. It has an SCP classification, it is known as SCP 7839-1
Interviewer: Uh-huh. What are your intentions with it?
Wright: Well, it has extraordinary power, we are considering cross testing with other SCP’s. And perhaps one day, we might be able to use his dimension-hopping ability.
Interviewer: That’s all the information we need for now, thank you for your time.
Wright: No no, the pleasure is all mine.
*They both leave the room*
