Special Containment Procedures: The supply of SCP-XXXX is to be locked in a basic Hollon brand safe at site 19. SCP-XXXX are only to be taken out of their container for testing purposes permitted by a Level 4 personnel or higher. During testing D-class purposed with ingesting SCP-XXXX are to be locked in an average testing room with two guards and one medic outside the room. After the D-class ingests SCP-XXXX and all three stages of transformation have taken place, the medic will examine the D-class while both guards point their guns directly at the D-class's head as to prevent any loss of personnel.
After testing D-class is to be terminated and cremated depending on the D-class's state of survival. After testing SCP-XXXX is to be returned to its original containment zone.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a collection of pills contained inside average medicine bottles. Each individual pill has a specific color, design, texture, and a SCP number written on it. examination of pills have shown that each pill is composed of a hard membrane and a gelatin-like structure.1
Upon digestion of SCP-XXXX the subject will begin to go through 3 stages of transformation, each stage causes the subject to gain the qualities of the SCP written on the pill. Depending on the SCP, the subject will to begin the transformation between 5 minutes and 3 hours. Subjects usually die within 5 hours from a heart attack regardless of the transformation process.

Addendum: Partial test log 35-BA
Subject: D-class 345455
Pill type: "SCP-173"
Stage 1 "5:23 after digestion" D-class became very dehydrated and stopped producing any sweat or saliva.
Stage 2 "2:08:12 after digestion" D-class's bones melted together causing him to not be able to move. The subject then started to bleed out of his eyes and mouth.
Stage 3 "2:24:45 after digestion" D-class's brain activity shut off causing him to be technically dead, despite this he could still move when out of sight. Subjects skin and muscle dried up and petrified. The subject was very aggressive but died easily from a shot to the head.

Stage 1 "3:03:27 after digestion" D-class's skin turned bone white and hair growth presumably grew at 1/4 inch per 10 seconds.
Stage 2 "3:56:59 after digestion" D-class's nose cartilage grew to 1 foot in length. Eyes turned black and the subject's body hair grew into the shape of a cloak surrounding the subject.
Stage 3 "4:11:31 after digestion" D-class released a virus later identified as the Bubonic Plague. The subject was peaceful, but did lose quite a bit of empathy receivers. DNA testing showed that the D-class had a more french/European ancestry than before.

Stage 1 "9:03 after digestion" D-class's teeth grew very long and sharp. skin was visibly red and blood vessels were popping.
Stage 2 "11:42 after digestion" D-class's skin started to peel off revealing his flesh. sharp red spines protruded from the subject's back. Subject eyelids permanently closed.
Stage 3 "12:13 after digestion" D-class began walking on all fours. The subject became aggressive and predatory. The subject could still talk but said he had no control over his body.

Stage 1 "26:50 after digestion" D-class's face skin began to grow at a fast rate eventually covering his face. Some of the subjects fingers and metatarsals became disfigured
Stage 2 "48:21 after digestion" D-class released an odorous gas that changed his D-class uniform to a mix of yellow and blue splotches. The subject's neck and arms grew 4 inches longer.
Stage 3 "48:39 after digestion" D-class remained calm and functional until the medic began examining him. The Subject proceeded to shake and slash at random directions. This resulted in the loss of Dr. Stephens.
