Special Containment Procedures: The area surrounding SCP-XXXX is to be cordoned off under the guise of construction and restoration efforts. Suspicion generated by the continued closure of the site is to be blamed on inefficiencies of local government and inefficient bureaucracies through local traditional and social meida. Unauthorized individuals found trespassing within this area are to be questioned, then given Class-A amnestics. Six security staff are to remain on site at all times, two posing as common hired guards and four posing as construction workers. Access to SCP-XXXX is to be restricted outside of approved testing.

Description: SCP-XXXX is located beneath the "Bastion Kronprinz" within the Spandau Citadel in Spandau, Germany. SCP-XXXX is accessible through a series of tunnels leading to a bunker adorned with Nazi symbols. Documentation recovered from the facility refers to it as "Die Tür".

SCP-XXXX was discovered by agents after a city wide blackout occurred and a large energy spike was detected originating from within the northern edge of the citadel.

SCP-XXXX is a matter teleportation installation similar in function and design to SCP-2367. SCP-XXXX is a small bunker facility containing a geodesic hemisphere measuring twenty (20) meters in diameter. Contained within the sphere is a device referred to as SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 is a cylindrical metal construct accesible through through two large metal doors which, when closed, lay flush with the rest of the device. The interior of SXP-XXXX-1 is divided into three sections. At the center is a cylindrical control room roughly two (2) meters in diameter. The controls are relatively simple with abilities to send and receive shipments. The rest of the device is divided into two halves, one half is designated for "Fracht" and one for "Personal". Unlike SCP-2367, SCP-XXXX was utilized as an instantaneous means of teleportation to tethered sister station. The means by which this is possible are currently under investigation, however when activated SCP-XXXX-1 consumes approximately two (2) Megawatts of power from the surrounding area and transports biological and nonbiological matter to a facility designated as SCP-XXXX-2.

Several tests have been conducted with SCP-XXXX-1 with logs listed below.

Dr. ███████: We have a couple D-Class with thier sentances coming up in a couple weeks, we may as well use them now before they're "released".

Test A - ██/██/████

Subject:D-128875
Procedure:D-Class personal is given a standard issue foundation two way radio with one-thousand (1000) km range. Subject is instructed to enter SCP-XXXX-1 and the device is activated by research staff.
Results: The walls of SCP-XXXX-1 begin spooling up until reaching a speed of one-hundred (100) rotations per second. Upon the device reaching this speed the D-Class personal rapidly dematerialized accompanied by a blinding light. Attempts at communication post activation of the device were met with radio silence.
Analysis: D-Class personal dematerialized and either materialized somewhere outside the range of the radio, or was simply terminated.

Dr. ███████: Lets keep quiet about this one for now and hope we didn't just release a D-Class. Lets go ahead and report them as "terminated during testing".

Test B - ██/██/████

Procedure:D-Class personal is given an advanced foundation two way communication with five hundred thousand (500,000) km range. offering both audio and video. Subject is also given portable transponder to record their location. Subject is instructed to enter SCP-XXXX-1 and the device is activated by research staff.
Results: The walls of SCP-XXXX-1 begin spooling up until reaching a speed of one-hundred (100) rotations per second. Upon the device reaching this speed the D-Class personal rapidly dematerialized accompanied by a blinding light. Communication device recorded all audio leading up to and including activation of SCP-XXXX-1. After 2 seconds of static subject can be heard choking for approximately 15 seconds before going silent. Video feed shows interior of a room similar in size to SCP-XXXX-1. Specifics in room are hard to make out as D-Class is thrashing wildly, however multiple posters can be seen on the walls and the camera briefly pans to a large open airlock with the words " Reich Mondbasis" printed above in Gothic script. Transponder signal picked up by foundation satellite in close proximity to moon revealing location to be beneath the surface of the Stöfler crater.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX-1 is a one way matter transfer device routing it's passengers to a subterranean outpost. The lack of oxygen present suggests the facility is unoccupied.

Dr. ███████: You've got to be kidding me, a Nazi moon base? At least we know the first D-Class we sent out didn't escape. What sort of assets does the Foundation possess for space exploration?

MTF-98 "Space Rangers" assigned to a fact finding mission to asses the current state of SCP-XXXX-2 and identify facilities previous inhabitants. **

Audio equipment switched on after successful teleportation **
MTF-98-1 "Buzz":** Comm check, 1 and 2 do you read me?
MTF-98-2: This is two, copy loud and clear.
MTF-98-3: I copy, team lead.
MTF-98-1 "Buzz": Command this is MTF-98-1, do you copy?
Command: This is command we copy. Your suits have roughly an hour of oxygen so don't waste time, but be cautious we don't know exactly what to expect you'll find.
Video feed from MTF-98-2's suit camera pans over to reveal three corpses. Two D-Class and one East Asian male dressed in civilian clothing.
MTF-98-2:"" Buzz, I found the D-Class we lost. Also, it looks like we have a civilian here.
MTF-98-1 "Buzz":** Search the civvie for identification and then lets get a move on.
MTF-98-2 searches the body and collects regular personal effects, the contents of which can be seen in Supplemental Document XXXX-2-1
After searching is complete the team moves to the airlock which is confirmed to be slightly ajar. Opening it with little force the team moves into a short hallway which splits going opposite directions after a short distance. The hallway is drenched in a low red light, presumably indicating the use of emergency power.
