Discovery: On 4/7/2013, SCP-XXXX was enroute to visit Dr. Rachel from his abode by his Toyota Camry when he was struck by a semi-truck to the left side of his car. SCP-XXXX managed to survive the accident, and despite possessing serious injuries, showed little to no blood loss. The semi-truck driver was confirmed to have been intoxicated of Alcohol, and was severely injured.
Foundation agents made an investigation into SCP-XXXX due to suspicion of possessing anomalous capabilities, and was to Site-43 following conclusion of the investigation.
Interview Log XXXX.1:
Interviewer: Dr. J. Dune.
Interviewee: SCP-XXXX
BEGIN LOG
Dr. Dune: Good afternoon, Mister Bishop.
SCP-XXXX looks at Dr. Dune, appearing confused, and worried before Dr. Dune sits down on his chair, and places a bottle of water onto the metal desk.
Dr. Dune: Here's a drink I brought in case your thirsty.
SCP-XXXX: Uh, no, no, no, its okay - I'm alright at the moment.
Dr. Dune: Okay, I shall begin the interview. How did you obtain your capabilities?
SCP-XXXX: My what?
Dr. Dune: Your, thing that happens when you lose blood. How did you get it?
SCP-XXXX: I… I don't know. Like, I was born with it, I suppose.
Dr. Dune: Do you have any other anomalous capabilities?
SCP-XXXX: Um, I don't think so?
Dr. Dune: Is there anybody you know who posses anomalous capabilities, or is aware of your anomalous capability?
SCP-XXXX appears to be visibility irritated.
SCP-XXXX: Why do you keep bombarding me with all these questions, I don't even know who you guys are, or where I am. You even cuffed me to the table leg!
Dr. Dune: SCP- I mean, Mister Simon, I must assure you that my identity is irrelevant to this interview, and I promise you are in safe hands.
SCP-XXXX: Irrelevant?! You guys came out of nowhere, took me into some secret lab, or something, and your talking to me like I'm your friend? And, why'd you call me SCP, what the hell does that even mean?
Dr. Dune: Mister Simon, the sooner you calm down, and answer my questions, the quicker this interview will be over.
SCP-XXXX: And will I be able to go home?
Dr. Dune: I promise, you will. You have my word.
SCP-XXXX then crosses its arms before answering Dr. Dune's previous question.
SCP-XXXX: Nobody, at least from what I'm aware. I never knew I had this power of getting blood back, at all. It just, like, came out of nowhere. I dunno if my parents have it, and it, like, passed down to me when I was born, or some magic gave it to me, or what. That's all I know.
Dr. Dune: Hmm, okay. This interview is over.
SCP-XXXX: Wait, really? Just like that?
Dr. Dune: Yeah.
SCP-XXXX: Wait, where will I'll be staying?
Dr. Dune: We've prepared a room specifically for you.
SCP-XXXX: A, a room? What kind of room?
Dr. Dune: You'll see for yourself when we show it to you.

Interviewee: SCP-XXXX
BEGIN LOG
SCP-XXXX is seen reading a novel within its containment chamber before hearing a few knocks on its door.
SCP-XXXX: Who is it?
The door opens, revealing to be Dr. Rachel. SCP-XXXX stands up from its chair.
SCP-XXXX: Rachel? What are you doing here?
Dr. Rachel: I came to check on you.
SCP-XXXX: Oh, I thought you came help me get out of here or something.
Dr. Rachel: No, I… I work here.
SCP-XXXX: You work here? In this shithole?
Dr. Rachel: Pretty much.
SCP-XXXX: Why didn't you tell me sooner?
Dr. Rachel: It was a secret. WAS a secret, but now that I'm assigned to you, there is no point.
SCP-XXXX: What even is this place anyway? Is this some kind of secret government lab or something?
Dr. Rachel: All you need to know is that your safe here, and they will look after you.
SCP-XXXX: Safe from what? Why do I need to be looked after, what even is going on?
Dr. Rachel: Simon, I know this is a lot take in, and I apologi-
SCP-XXXX: I don't want an apology, I just want to go home. Are my parents or friends aware that I'm here?
Dr. Rachel: Yes.
SCP-XXXX: What did they say?
Dr. Rachel: They're okay with you being here.
SCP-XXXX: Just like that? I don't buy it.
Dr. Rachel: Simon, when was the last time I've lied to you? I've been your girlfriend since middle school, do you really think I'd bullshit at you?
SCP-XXXX remains silent for a few seconds
SCP-XXXX: Just tell me why are you here, then?
Dr. Rachel: To check on you because I care about you. That's all.
SCP-XXXX: Well, at least hanging out with you is better than with those other guys. When do I leave this… Cell?
Dr. Rachel: When they've decided to allow you to do that.
SCP-XXXX: Can't you do that for me?
Dr. Rachel: I don't have the position to do that. I'm sorry.
SCP-XXXX: This is bullshit.
Dr. Rachel: I know it is, and I'm sorry.

Following the above interview, Dr. Rachel made a request to Director Allan to allow SCP-XXXX to be administered Class-A amnestics, and released to the civilian world.
Project Proposal-XXXX-1:
Project Proposal from Dr. J. Dune, to the Director of Site-43.
Allan,
Its been a while since I've talked with you. As you may know, SCP-XXXX is low-threat humanoid anomaly that all it does is regenerate blood. I, along with my researchers, have taken samples from SCP-XXXX to further study.
It appears that my hypothesis was correct; SCP-XXXX's blood is inherently non-anomalous. I am aware that Dr. Rachel, a friend of SCP-XXXX, made a request to allow it to roam the civilian world due to its anomalous effect being almost unnoticeable, and its still pending for approval.
I want you to reconsider that request, because what I'm going to tell you would make SCP-XXXX invaluable in the medical field of the Foundation.
SCP-XXXX's blood not only non-anomalous, it is also infinitely regenerative. If we can perfom blood transfusions on SCP-XXXX for at least three times a week, it would not only cut down on costs, and provide Site-43 more medical resources, it would also help save lives of those severely injured.
I know, to think that a single man would bring enough valuable resources to the Foundation sounds laughable; which is why I'm suggesting that we research methods of making D-Class posses SCP-XXXX's anomalous trait, and we could start by figuring out how Simon got his ability to begin with.
With regards,
Dr. J. Dune,
Research Head of SCP-XXXX
