Special Containment Procedures: Fences are to surround SCP-4215 in a 0.9km radius, observation towers and research posts must stay inside Site-131. All SCP-4215-5 instances are to stay outside of SCP-4215-1's area or inside SCP-4215-4. Ground and air vehicles must conduct daily patrols or containment checks around the perimeter, multiple floodlights and searchlights are to surround the area of SCP-4215. Personnel may not enter SCP-4215-1 or SCP-4215-4 any time unless authorized by the Head Researcher.

Personnel entering the environment of SCP-4215 or inside SCP-4215-1 are to wear Level-A hazmat suits, there must be no more than 7 personnel inside SCP-4215-1. Personnel entering the dimension of SCP-4215-4 are to wear oxygen tanks and pressure suits, when they are inside SCP-4215-4 they have to wait 1 or 2 months until SCP-4215-4 opens again. Personnel may not physically interact with or speak with the instances of SCP-4215-4 or SCP-4215-1 and can not make any loud or high pitched sounds. When leaving the area within SCP-4215 or SCP-4215-1, personnel are to be disinfected in the decontamination showers, if a subject has been reported to be infected by the radiation of SCP-4215 or harmed by the SCP-4215-5 instances, they are to be quarantined for about 24 hours.

SCP-4215-234, SCP-4215-432 and SCP-4215-44 must be contained in a 5x5x5x5 sealed metal container. If instances continue to show any hostility or attempt to breach, they are to be terminated immediately.

Whenever SCP-4215-4 activates, Protocol: Uninvited Visitors is to be initiated. All testing and patrols are to be halted. See more information:

Protocol: Uninvited Visitors or P: UV is to be initiated when SCP-4215-4 has been activated. All communications inside SCP-4215-1 are to remain offline, combative personnel including Site Security and Mobile Task Force Psi-5 must conduct a full site sweep and containment check of SCP-4215-432, SCP-4215-214 and SCP-4215-44. Tests and patrols are to be halted, Foundation personnel must report inside Site-131's multitask shelter until P: UV is deactivated. Combative personnel are to immediately enter SCP-4215-1's entrance and secure the perimeter of SCP-4215-4. When SCP-4214-4 begins to open, Site Security or any Mobile Task Force operative is to present arms and may fire at will if the instances will act highly hostile or show aggression. If the instances do not in a scenario, combative personnel may leave SCP-4215-1 and continue doing their duties.

SCENARIO 2:
If multiple instances immediately attack the combative personnel, a full site lockdown must be inducted and all instances who have exited SCP-4215-4 are to be terminated.

SCENARIO 3:
If no instances have come and SCP-4215-4 anonymously was activated, the protocol may be called off and personnel may continue their duties.

Description: SCP-4215 is a 75m (245ft) communications tower located in the rural areas of New South Wales, Australia. The structure is constructed out of steel and reinforced concrete supported by nine guy-ropes. SCP-4215 known for the anomalous activity of transmitting extraterrestrial messages from Site 131, all anomalous activity are from SCP-4215 which is primarily transmitted from SCP-4215-1. The environment around SCP-4215 is completely radioactive, going up 12 to 19 sieverts which is phenomenal. Subjects who have been contaminated with the radiation from SCP-4215 may have a lethal dose and could result in death or sickness.

SCP-4215-1 is a broadcasting station next to SCP-4215 and SCP-4215-3. The station consists of radio and communication equipment, although most of it is outdated either of the 19██s they are able to operate still. The building is made out of wood and parts concrete and rebar, surprisingly enough skeletons and human remains were once found in a closet in SCP-4215-1 as well as blood stains and unknown substances are still visible on the walls and somehow the ceiling.

SCP-4215-2 and SCP-4215-3 are two decommissioned radio masts outside the perimeter of SCP-4215. These two towers are constructed by the same materials of SCP-4215, both of the towers were decommissioned in ████ due to a cyclone which damaged SCP-4215-2 and 3 making it beyond repair until in 20██ the two towers started to operate again but civilian construction workers claim that they never repaired it. Currently, it is unknown what SCP-4215-2 and SCP-4215-3 do.

SCP-4215-4 is an anomalous and phenomenal piece of technology founded below SCP-4215-1. Discovered by Psi-5 "Stay Quiet", the object is a circular structure made out of an unknown material with alien-like symbols on the sides. The object activates every 1 to 2 months, whenever the object is online multiple instances begin to come out of SCP-4215-4. It is thought that SCP-4215-4 is a "dimensional portal" or gateway to another universe, although it may not be confirmed yet.

SCP-4215-5 are anomalous humanoids that exist inside SCP-4215-4 or outside of SCP-4215-1's area. The appearance of the humanoids is measured to 100cm to 184cm in height, the instances are blind and vulnerable to light or loud high pitched noises. The instances would emerge from the ground during the night approximately 12:45 PM or 2:10 PM, each instance have different behaviour and appearances such as being vulnerable to sound and light, limbs portioned differently or a different height. There are two known genders of the instances which is the male and female, the male instances are mostly aggressive and hostile while the females are fast and agile.

After when subject D-5343 was killed inside of SCP-4215-4, a rescue team recovers the subject's journal. All pages were able to be recovered but some pages were still missing.

Journal Entry

Date: 18/6/█

Dear Journal,

Can't believe I would bring my journal to this mess, this is a bit cliche but at least I can write instead of being executed. I was assigned to be with 4 other people, 1 was a girl while I was stuck with 3 other men. So these "researchers" told us to come inside this weird portal thing called SCP-4215-4 but honestly, this was better than getting executed back in my home country. We were then given these uncomfortable suits and oxygen tanks when the "portal" opens, my group waited for about 3 hours until it finally opened. Weird creatures came out and immediately went outside somehow, the guards told us to get inside the object now. Welp, wish me luck.

Day 1:
So when my group went in the portal closed somehow but the amazing thing was is how bright and beautiful this place is. There were some flying animals, weird creatures and levitating rocks that my group saw. We were then greeted by two "aliens" who were able to speak our language, they told us that we were welcome here and "how grateful that the Gods gave us these gifts". We followed the two aliens to a building where there were like hundreds of aliens cheering and greeting us. The place was so luxurious and grand, they then gave us separate rooms. One of my group members Dylan said that it might be a trap or some stupid crap, we told him to stop overreacting. We stayed for the day inside the building, we ate some weird alien food that actually tasted delicious. We began to remove our suits and oxygen tanks, surprisingly there was oxygen in the weird dimension.

Day 2:
When my group woke up, we went to some city hall or something and was greeted by the "chief". He explained some pretty boring stuff like "for a thousand years, our race lived in peace and prosperity until everything changed when the" whatever word he said attacked.

Day 3:
Nothing really to write for now but Dylan is acting all paranoid, Mia told him to just calm down and relax a little. The funny part was Dylan, slapped Mia and said "Are you out of your mind? How can I live in this piece of crap while our families are back at Earth? We don't know where are we!". Mia and Dylan didn't talk to each other after the little incident.

Day 5:
I know my team has to wait a couple of months until the portal opens but something is a bit suspicious here. Alex went missing when he went for a walk around the dimension, he's probably getting laid by alien chicks.

Day 10:
Okay seriously, Alex hasn't been found for 5 days already and I'm a bit worried for him. Did he get lost or something?

Day 11:
So the chief invited our group to have dinner with him, he served some pretty decent food. One of the dishes tasted like pork or chicken, I don't know what was inside of that but it tasted good. Dylan is acting all paranoid again saying "We ate Alex guys! How the hell are you guys so blind and stupid?", Erik then lost his nerves and started arguing with Dylan, Mia was right about girls after all.

Day 12:
Something is really off around here, Dylan went missing last night. We thought that he got so mad with Erik that he stormed off and left. I sort of feel bad for Dylan but at the same time, I'm thinking he's just worried and overreacting.

Day 13:
The chief invited us for breakfast, again the food tasted so good. One dish tasted like pork or chicken, I'm actually becoming suspicious about how nice the chief is.

Day 15:
It's been a week or so but it feels like a year already. Last night, I saw Mia and Erik doing some pretty "naughty" things. Erik then promised me that he will pay me 100 bucks to not tell anyone that Mia and Erik are having an affair. Pretty kinky stuff I'd say (they were playing Monopoly in bed by the way plus Mia cheating a couple of times and Erik destroying the Monopoly rule book. Also how the hell did they bring a Monopoly board? Honestly, that was pretty naughty of them, did you also expect them to do something else?)

Day 23:
Our oxygen tanks are somehow missing, seems Erik inhaled it all and pretended he was smoking. What an idiot.

Day 24:
Mia is lost again, she went out for a morning walk but never came back for the next 4 hours. Erik is worried. At dinner, we ate some decent dishes but now I'm beginning to think that they aren't what they seem to be. I begin to look around the kitchen and see some blood and oh dear mother of Joseph, it was Mia with Dylan and Alex's corpses! I quickly went out, back to my room and vomited so badly. I then realised that Dylan was right all along, we are treated like guests but we are also treated like their food! I heard a loud knocking from my door, three guards breached in and grabbed me and the chief was there. The guards knock me unconscious then as I remember, the chief whispered in my ear and said: "You didn't see anything, got it?"

Day 35:
Great, I'm imprisoned here just like in prison, I don't know where is the rest of my group but I'm pretty sure they are held captive just like me. Now I would prefer being killed than living out of this horror.

Day 45:
By now the portal should be opened but it seems they're not letting us out of here any time soon. I miss my family, I miss my kids. I regret the things I have done on Earth, please God have mercy on me.

Day 59:
It's good how the guards are feeding me so that they can use me as a meal soon but I don't get why they wouldn't eat me now.

Day 67:
I'm losing my mind, I want out. I want freedom. I want to get out of this hell hole.

Day 78:
Starving. Dehydrated. I feel dead inside.

Day 82:
I swear I'm gonna struggle that chief when I get out. All I need is an escape plan, although it seems that this place is heavily guarded.

Day 90:
The portal should have opened, my group probably escaped and live out a life of freedom. Whoever has received this book, please help.

Day 96:
I heard one of the guards saying that they're about to cook me! I need to get out! I need to get out, I need to get out, I need to get out, I NEED TO GET OUT

Day 103:
No freedom. No hope. No survival. No escape. Just death.

Just after when the rescue team went inside SCP-4215-4, subject D-5343 was dead when found inside the cell. The only remaining was the book, some pages were either ripped apart or lost when recovered.
