He comes from a parallel world that he calls z922 this world is in the year 2205 and is ran by corporations after sometime he was trying to build a time machine to try and stop the corporations of his world from taking over but failed at every attempted. He did manage to build a multidimensional time machine or (MDTM) for short. the corporations from his world have tried to capture him but have failed. he has travelled to meany worlds but stumbled onto SCP world that is classes as S001. the foundation discovered he was not from there earth and have been tracking him. not to capture him but to ask for his help in detaining the other more dangerous SCP's this tech could help the foundation to locate and capture SCP nearly intensity. his knowledge is the key for the foundation and maybe the foundation could help him with is world. the story will continue.
