Before SCP-XXXX is transported into cell make sure it is in a Sub-Zero State, keep it frozen at all times.

Transporting Procedure:
Make sure transportation vehicle has no glass (except in the front of it)

Refreeze entity when test is finished
Make sure no mugs, jugs or anything that would carry liquid is near your work space.

Description: SCP-XXXX is not H20 or any variant of the chemical compound or structure, though what SCP-XXXX does is in fact mimic or shares¹ the same properties and genuine functionalities of water yet it is harmful and is no way potable or of safe usage to drink, shower in or any other functions.

Since it is of liquid matter and not solid you could fit this entity in an average (25 Gallon) fish tank
(In Dimensions: 24" x 12" x 20". In Litres: 95).
The entity changes color depending on what action it is about to commit. even though its of liquid matter² It has a mind to a degree, though from witness statements & our own research we theorize that SCP-XXXX is an parasitic hive-mind. It's predator like in behavior, quite primal and cannot at all communicate³ therefore we conduct its primary instinctive goal is to survive and reproduce, eliminating anything that gets in its way.

SCP-XXXX can be summarized as:
A highly dangerous & sentient microorganism that can change its form of matter (liquid only, I.E: Urine, Alcohol, Water) that has the primal instinct to survive and (Asexually) reproduce. It has predator like abilities and it will divide itself for a tactical advantage, each splinter of it acts like a hive-mind.

The Entity has 4 basic primal actions (Listed above).
Here is how It does such actions or/and why it achieves them:

• It camouflages not to hide from the non-anomalous entities, it camouflages to be able to have a tactical advantage and pounce them when available. (Exactly like a predator).

• Due to its predatory behavior it needs to make prey weaker for [REDACTED], one way SCP-XXXX does this is by burning its victim, (2nd & 3rd Degree Burns). The entity does this by the simple condensation of water vapor from the air and heating it up to where it is effective enough, we presume SCP-XXXX transforms into the water vapor and then burns its victim or somehow harnesses water vapor to burn the victim.

• If You drink SCP-XXXX it can and will kill in 2 different ways. It can poison you: Once you drink the entity it will go down through the trachea onward to the pancreas and from there on it will infiltrate your gastric acids (Stomach Acid) and neutralize it, which gets rid of defenses that'd destroy the entity and lets it poison you from the inside out, you will then urinate SCP-XXXX out and will die in 2-4 hours time.

• Its most basic form of killing a non-anomalous object is simple: It drowns you, (Inside your body, E.G: Lungs Or Outside the body, E.G: Bathtub) after doing so it turns a blood red.

Addendum: SCP-XXXX was found in a flat complex located at ██ ████ █████ City of Detroit located in the State of Michigan (The general location is an impoverished one). Activity related to our entity was reported multiple times from the families in the flat and from the local sewage treatment plant leading us to believe SCP-XXXX's originated from around the area and hasn't migrated from a different location⁴

flat families and the staff at the sewage treatment plant have no life threatening injuries though the injures themselves are quite severe itself, there is only some deceased.

5 - Healthy
5 - Dead

MTF-Beta-7 ("Maz-Hatters") were sent in to raid the flat right after the 2nd report, though by then SCP-XXXX was already on the move looking for its next prey. After 15 minutes of standard search & contain procedure fragments of the entity was found frozen in multiple freezers around 16 different homes inside the flat⁵.
SCP-XXXX was contained & transported back to the nearest site though problems did occur due to the lack of knowledge on SCP-XXXX it was re-contained securely at the site though the entity was soon after relocated to (Biological Containment) Site-66 for further research & more safe containment.
