Special Containment Procedures
The following containment procedures were automatically inherited from another database entry. The contents of this file are not necessary hazardous, but it includes references to infohazardous material and thus containment protocols have to be extended to this document.
The following document is subject to the Mímir protocol. Thus, awareness of the contents of this file are strictly prohibited for all Foundation personnel, unless strategic or operational decisions depend on the information provided within this document.
To ensure the information is available when critical decisions are made, the following list exhaustively encloses all situations in which the contents of this file must be made aware to exactly one trusted executive agent participating in the decision making process.
- A singular incoporeal consciousness threatens to cause an EK-class end-of-human-consciousness scenario
- A singular incoporeal consciousness threatens to cause an AK-class "madness" end-of-the-world scenario
- Mundane technology advances enough to make mnestics or drugs with similar effects available outside the Foundation.
If any of the above conditions is met, the executive agent must consume a dose of latent Class E amnestics before accessing the file. They have then a time window provided by the latent amnestics to read the file and make the executive decision. They must not reveal information from this file. They must not reveal information that can be used to draw conclusions about information within this file.
Description
This file does not describe an anomaly. This file contains information gathered during a containment breach of a yet unidentified anomaly, that was previously contained by the Foundation through unknown means. Information within this file is meant to be used to identify the anomaly that breached containment and alter its containment protocol to prevent further breaches.
