Special containment procedures: the cell will consist of 6 layers of 5 inch thick steel 3 inches apart from each other in between the layers should be distilled water which would interfere with scp-4219’s phasing properties. Scp-4129’s cell should be cleaned every day with one d class who should never look at scp-4129 directly and should avoid acknowledgement of scp-4129 entirely. If the cell is not cleaned daily the byproduct of scp 4129 will start to become a sentient mass that would take shape of the worst fear of any personnel that witnessed it becoming scp-4219/1 which could be killed simply by salt acting as an obsorbant similar to a slug. Scp-4219 should not be viewed directly or through video footage if this occurs the viewer will feel paranoid like someone is watching them and after time will be come hysterical not being able to remove the face of scp-4219 from there memory then they become scp-4219/2 after a while scp-4219 will become unstable and will start to make a clicking noise which can be heard throughout the facility. During this time the water between the walls will evaporate and scp-4219 will breach containment and go to scp-4219/2 and proceed to rip it’s jaw of the skull and the jaw will dematerialize. This will return scp-4219 to its calm state and can be recontained with sprinklers forcing it to go back to containment.
Description: scp-4219 is a humanoid figure taking the apperiance of a Caucasian male standing at 7’6 with black eyes with a glowing white pupils the jaw of scp-4219’s face is deformed with his jaw hanging from one hinge earning the name skew jaw. It has strength ten times the amount of a average human male and has the healing ability ten twenty times the amount of a normal human male. It can phase through walls as long if there isn’t water in contact with scp-4219. It gives off an aura of paranoia and fear that scp-4219 feeds off of.

Scp-4219/2 : sorry, it’s just that I feel I am always being watched even though I’m not and I’m constantly afraid of that freak. And when every time I try to think of something other then that fuck my thoughts are always flooded with it’s face.
