Item SCP-5428 is to be kept secured in an ionized copper room. When personnel is to enter SCP-5428's enclosure no more than 2 may be present at a time and none are to make any physical contact with SCP-5428.

Description

SCP-5428 also known as, 'The Floor Weaver,' has an origin that is currently unknown. 'The Floor Weaver', is a frail dark shadow like hand that emerges from a dark shallow hole. The hole itself appears at random targeting anyone. If someone is unfortunate enough to step into, or near the hole, SCP-5428, 'The Floor Weaver,' will affix its dark hand to the victim and drag them into the hole. The hole it self reaches approximately 16 inches full circle but may enlarge and shrink dependent on the victim. SCP-5428 is extremely hostile and fatal. The only known way to defend against SCP-5428 is ionized copper.
