Special Containment Procedures: A pair of class-C personnel under the guise of botanist will search the locale of SCP-3xxx on a weekly basis and remove all confirmed instances of SCP-3xxx. SCP-3xxx can be safely stored in a standard containment box or safe.
When experimenting during the active phase of SCP-3xxx, the researcher is to observe through a closed circuit with at least a 1 second delay.

Description: SCP-3xxx is a sub species of the white clover species(Trifolium repens). This specific subspecies only occurs in a specific cluster of hills located in █████, Ireland. When there is a full moon or new moon, SCP-3xxx emits a dull light. This dull light has a mesmerizing effect on sentient beings. The individual (henceforth known as SCP-3xxx-1) enters in to a relaxed state where they are no longer receptive to outside stimuli. Experimentation of SCP-3xxx-1 has shown to have ignored abrupt changes in light,loud noises, hunger, pain , and even grievous injuries. When the mesmer is broken, SCP-3xxx-1 has no event of the event occurring and any other events transpiring within. The only recollection that SCP-3xxx-1 is able to remember is a light.
This mesmer effect has been able to affect through any transparent and live camera feeds. The Mesmer light is not shown when viewed through a delayed recording or photographs indicating that this light is a psychic phenomenon.
