Special Containment Procedure: In the circumstances where it doesn't cause an XK-class scenario, or a test subject is allowed. Due to this, all situations that could determine hazardously is to transfer to the 05 Council.

SCP-9041's containment chamber is a three-meter by three-meter base, including a bed and a desk. Due to the shortage of space, SCP-9041 unobstructedly walks around the facility apart from external areas except for commissions. SCP-9041 also transfers from one facility to another, in case of a containment breach happens. It also operates toward breached SCPs.

Description: SCP-9041 is an American male from the late 1800s. He stands 5'9 and is skinny. The eye color of SCP-9041 is light green and has no facial hair. Even though SCP-9041 is not required to have basic needs, he chose to use the necessities for normal humans for the reasons, "I just want to act naturally before a breach strikes." It wears a D-Class uniform from Site-03. SCP-9041 is named D-0941 by itself. If you call SCP-9041 by telling that it's an SCP, SCP-9041 will try to calm itself by denying that it's not an SCP. If frequently calling SCP-9041 by an SCP, it will bring out SCP-9041-A.

SCP-9041 has a childish trait, making it harder to bring it to test to other SCPs. SCP-9041's childish trait may relate to how it used to torture its victims before it was in the hands of the foundation. Personnel is recommended to carry a taser then put SCP-9041 into cuffs if approved to experiment with it.

After many incidents, SCP-9041 is not allowed to wield any recording devices. Social media will not be given for SCP-9041 since it will bring projects of the foundation to the world.

"This was my mistake of letting it go berserk. My punishment is death. My final page that I'll be writing before dawn breaks. Containing SCP-9041-A: Containing SCP-9041-A involves the amount of a lightning bolt through the heart. However, using this containment style is complex. Doing so may make SCP-9041 render less for a week to up to a month.

A simplified is currently being used by using SCP-999's effect of nearby anomalies but will take about ten minutes for SCP-999 to stop SCP-9041-A.

SCP-9041-A, once found the victim, it will begin track to kill the victim, attempting to use its nails. If not, then SCP-9041-A will finish the victim using the sword, proving that SCP-9041-A is already in demon form. After the victim is dead, it will begin devastation and calamity across the foundation.

SCP-9041 can regenerate by using its blood. As long as it has blood, SCP-9041 won't die. However, if every part of blood is removed from its body then it won't regenerate.

SCP-9041 possesses a Weak scale demon¹. Due to these circumstances, it is to remain to halt Chaos Insurgency and to contain SCPs but also note that SCP-9041's demon form will consume stamina when used more and how much strength it's on.

Each 25% takes on an ability, required if only SCP-9041 call out the ability's name after taking on the original demon form. Each one is listed and described below.

25%	Allows SCP-9041 to use a medieval age sword. The color of the sword is black, and it absorbs light.
50%	A Colt King Cobra Revolver appeared on SCP-9041's left hand, as once its shots, it can follow any person on command for 0.231 seconds.
75%	A M21 Sniper Weapon System appears behind SCP-9041's back, as the scope can see through anything, as the bullets can go through the wall, causing no bullet marks in the wall.
100%	SCP-9041 summons eyes through the room to devour anybody. It can't, however, go into separate rooms. SCP-9041 also has teleportation abilities and can teleport anybody out of a room, but it takes more energy than him teleporting himself.

Addendum-SCP-9041-1:

Foreword: SCP-9041 is sitting upon a wooden chair and drinking a cup of coffee while waiting for Dr. Gordan to arrive. After four (4) and a half minutes, Dr. Gordan arrives.

SCP-9041: So, you're finally here.

Dr. Gordan: Look, let's get into the test D-0941. Talk earnestly.

SCP-9041: So, what is it?

Dr. Gordan: Why are you maintaining the foundation?

SCP-9041: SCP-9041 thoughts about the decisions. Look, I don't know why either. Although, I suppose it's the styles for other thaumiel-class SCPs. SCP-9041 thoughts about it again and comprehends why. It's because being powerful is exceptional, but the outcome of everything is useless. If you did an end of the world scenario because then suddenly, you only have yourself.

Dr. Gordan: I can recognize why your ideas are understandable D-0941, but we're heading to the next question. How do you feel about other D-Class?

SCP-9041: I think they're lonely.

Dr. Gordan: Can you describe a little more D-0941?

SCP-9041: I mean that they don't memorize what occurs before, and they can't see the outside world, as they forever are test subjects. Before I believe… 1921, they become terminated every thirty (65) days. It was because of World War 1. that they have done that. I believe the SCP Foundation was doing that during World War 2 as well.

Dr. Gordan: One more question, D-0941. Do you understand what occurred before you were at the foundation and if you do, can you explain it to us?

SCP-9041: I retain my history due to my "termination" in 1937, but genuinely, I would like to keep it confidential right now.

Dr. Gordan: How about we plan Tuesday for your history?

SCP-9041: That seems ideal. See you on Tuesday.

SCP-9041 exits the room, as Dr. Gordan was explaining with the council about designing more questions for Tuesday.

So we're preparing to question SCP-9041 next Tuesday. What we need to do is at least some questions about its power.

Also, we should discuss if SCP-9041's history should be kept in the O5 Council.
