scp 002 aka "the sphere"

SCP 002 aka " The Sphere". SCP 002 is a sphere found in a crater on the moon. It was sitting in a strange substance when scientists were exploring. It is a 2 foot round sphere that looks like it was put together some how. If humans comes in contact with scp 002, their skin will rapidly decay until they stop touching scp 002. It can also increase in size unless it is in contact with the substance that it was found in.
Containment: SCP 002 is to be kept in a concrete chamber filled with the substance at all times. Constant surveillance is crucial to the study of scp 002.
Origin: Though origins are unknown scientists have discovered that it is from a alien society(although the aliens have not been discovered).
