Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be kept in the anomalous objects secure storage at Site-██. Due to the nature of and limited information on SCP-XXXX, it cannot be contained. Description: SCP-XXXX is a cognitohazard. SCP-XXXX is a word(s) of an unknown dialect. It instantaneously obliterates any person that attempts to vocalize it. Any person that hears this vocalization suffers from severe dementia. 72-168 hours after hearing it, the subject is considered SCP-XXXX-2. Subject grows appendages (SCP-XXXX-3) ranging from 2 cm to ███ in diameter, resembling the face of the subject. SCP-XXXX-3 has not exhibited any anomalous properties. It has been theorized that SCP-XXXX-3 takes control of SCP-XXXX-2's nervous system. Approximately 1 month after 'infection', when in the presence of 5 or more persons, SCP-XXXX-3 starts to [DATA EXPUNGED], causing all but SCP-XXX-2 to [DATA EXPUNGED].
Addendum SCP-XXXX-1
SCP-XXXX-1 is the means through which SCP-XXXX is "propagated". Physically, it appears to be a small piece of paper, 10 cm in length and 5 cm in breadth. Chemical composition is still under research. All instances of SCP-XXXX-1 have SCP-XXXX written on them, with identical handwriting. It is unknown how SCP-XXXX-1 transports/materializes.
Containment: MTF Gamma-17 is assigned to SCP-XXXX-1 duty. They monitor for any instances of SCP-XXXX-1 and destroy them, along with any information that may have been recorded. Authorized to terminate civilians.
Addendum SCP-XXXX
Behaviour: After initial exposure, no significant change in behavioral patterns occurs. 72-168 hours after exposure, SCP-XXXX-1 exhibits severe fatigue and hunger, and often expresses the need to "feed them".
Physiology: Subject shows obesity.
