Special Containment Procedures: There must be 2 guards standing there at all times. Nobody below level 4 is allowed into SCP-5188's cage. No class D are allowed into SCP-5188's cage after previous tests.
SCP-5188 is to be kept in a 5x5x5 10 inch steel box, with no windows so it cant break through anything. The door is to also be 10 inches thick and made of steel. If any agent is to touch SCP-5188, they are presumed KIA and no further rescue actions will be made. If SCP-5188 is entering a rage state, everyone is to be evacuated. If SCP-5188 is already in a rage state, the zone which it is in goes into full lock down mode and nobody is allowed in or out.
Description: SCP-5188 is a standard amazon box, with no anomalous effects. SCP-5188's anomalous affects only trigger when touched. When touched, SCP-5188 will suddenly sprout human arms and legs, through the bottom. It is unknown how this happens, because when the box is opened and it hasn't made direct skin contact with anyone, there will be nothing inside. after touched, SCP-5188 will then undergo a rage state, where it will kill everything in its path.
Exactly 30 seconds after a human is killed, another "cardboard spider" manifests1 and drags them away into a corner where nobody can see it. It will then come out, with said persons face stuck to the cardboard box. These spiders manifest only when SCP-5188 kills someone. These entities are hereinafter referred to as SCP-5188-1, and contain almost all of the same properties as SCP-5188.
Once SCP-5188 can not see or hear anybody for 5 minutes, the arms and legs will go back into the box, and the holes they made are repaired. SCP-5188 seems to only target humans. Though it is still unkown why, there are still several theories.
