Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-N is to be held on a display and every 6 hours glass is to be put into it
Description:
SCP-N is a small cardboard box with the writing "please insert money and note of item" on it. when a piece of paper with the name of an item and any amount of money in euros is put in, the box will disappear. it will return in less then an hour containing the item specified on the piece of paper. when the item is too big or too heavy to be able to have fit in the box, it will return with a note saying "sorry, couldn't fit it in the box, will buy a bigger one" and after a minute a bigger container appears.
when the transaction is completed the box will disappear, this time appearing at a location where nobody is looking, causing it to remain unnoticed. it usually appears in a park next to a path, with the writing facing the path.
when the box is left without any input for 6 hours, the box will start to make a sound which gets louder as time goes on. this sound can be removed by putting any material into it, although it is heavily advised not to do this because it can cause a event to happen which depends on the item put in. materials that do not trigger an event include : [DATA EXPUNGED], gold and glass

the biggest container on record is a large shipping container containing [DATA EXPUNGED]
Event Records:
Material 1 : bread
after putting the bread in the box, it sucked up all water within a 8 meter radius of it while absorbing the bread, causing 4 personnel to get severely dehydrated.
Material 2 : water
instead of the cardboard of the box getting wet, the water turned into steam, froze mid-air for a minute and exploded violently without affecting anything except ear drums.
Material 3 : iron
the iron turned into liquid and formed letter saying "this is too pure". the iron then went back to its original form.
Material 4 : a piece of SCP-999 slime
the slime turned into plasma and burned the box, causing the box to disappear as if it was given a request, returning again after 18 minutes with a note saying "sorry for the mess".
Material 5 : chocolate
the chocolate turned into a machine next to the box that can turn gold into chocolate, and it disappeared again after 6 hours
Material 6 : diamond
the diamond quickly expanded, releasing a lot of heat and turned into a big chunk of coal which immediately caught fire because of the extreme heat
