Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a four room, plainly furnished room cell with standard furnishings; two of the rooms are to be furnished with bookshelves containing books requested by SCP-XXXX (Must be first approved with site administrator with consul from on-site bibliographer). SCP-XXXX containment cell must be locked with a non-moderinzed locking system (acceptable variants include a hook and latch lock). Contact with SCP-XXXX is only permissible under authority of the site administrator and for testing purposes.

SCP-XXXX containment cell must be under constant observation by three (3) level 3 staff. SCP-XXXX does not pose threat to staff and is compliant with it's containment; but any sort of digital recording results in a blank static screen similar to an untuned television. SCP-XXXX is fully aware of it's containment and observatory staff must report their findings upon a document written on sheets of papyrus woven material, joined together side by side and rolled up into a scroll; Inking does not effect the information disruptive properties of SCP-XXXX. Any other form of documentation will result in a complete blank canvas used (This includes computerized documents, paper written and ██████)

Description: SCP-XXXX is a lightly tanned male of greek descent in his mid-forties. SCP-XXXX 192CM tall and 94KG, with pitch black hair and hazel eyes. SCP-XXXX attire is of ancient greek descent and carries a libram attached to it's woven belt - designated SCP-XXXX-1. The libram appears to have no physical attachment to SCP-XXXX and material samples have proven impossible to obtain via laser cutting methods. SCP-XXXX does not appear to require nutrient subsistence to survive in any means. Biologically; SCP-XXXX DNA samples and genealogy analysis show no link to any living human being.

SCP-XXXX demeanor is extremely lax and impersonal unless SCP-XXXX-1 is presented to an individual in direct conversation with SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX anomalous properties become apparent upon direct conversation with any being (including humans, corporeal beings, sentient objects, ████████████, and ██████)
