Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX specimens are to be separated by gender into 8 ft. by 10 ft. (2.4 m. by 3 m.) containment cells. Containment chambers are to be fitted with food, water, and a minimum 6” (15.2 CM) of hay. Female containment chambers are required to have 4 laying boxes, eggs are collected daily by D-Class Personal. Containment chambers are cleaned monthly.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a group of large Domestic Chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus), averaging 20 Lbs. (9 KG.) in weight, and 18” (45 CM.) height-wise. The genetic background of SCP-XXXX is unknown. SCP-XXXX specimen personalities range from violent to docile, usually landing somewhere in between. Pullets of SCP-XXXX are to be raised by their respective layer. As of September, ██, 19██, SCP-XXXX pullets are to be raised separate from their parents (See Addendum).

Procedure: 2 Rhode Island Red hens are to be placed into a male SCP-XXXX chamber, 2 laying boxes are to be provided.
Test Length: 25/06/1919-05/07/1919
Test Results: 1 fertilized egg. Offspring didn’t live up to expectations.
Due to a lack of results, tests involving SCP-XXXX and the Rhode Island Red chicken breed are to cease. The breed is simply too small.
